I was literally in the last few hours of a production cycle when we discovered that a client's interactive gif artwork exceeded our hosts size requirement. These folks in one hour and two minutes from the time I initially emailed them to share our need for their help...worked with the designer and provided us the new gif. Seriously.....I emailed at 11:41 and I had the new artwork at 12:43. They couldn't have been nicer and given we had never worked together before.....I really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the interaction.
