I could not be happier!!! They look so good! I had no idea how nice name tags could even be. The magnets are super strong! I never write reviews but I Jazmine helped us design them and Chelsea helped us place the order. We got them in just a few days! It was so fast the shipping! Great company!!

Awesome Name Tags and Custom Service!
Great customer service and quality! We used them for the second time and they did not disappoint! We ordered name badges the first time and then realized they make all kinds of other items like signs and banners. We used them for the entire ATG Greenville event and everything came out awesome. We were able to pickup our items since they just happen to be local! They were great to work with. Very Fast and the quality was just amazing! We just learned they make stickers and our next order will be for those!

One month later and still no badge...
on their production and shipping page it says 5 - 8 days. I ordered my badge May 11, Monday.
I called them last week and they told me it would be shipped on Friday May 29 and I would receive a shipping label. It did not ship. I called them again today - June 2 Tue - and they said it will be done "in 2-3 days" and shipped out then.
Dishonest company. Would not recommend. I don't even know if I'm being scammed at this point.

I haven't received my badge yet, ordered on 4/3/26, exactly two weeks ago and it's only in the "sent to print" stage. They make you pay extra for production time, so it shouldn't take this long. Shipping is expensive for something so light, so they should apply that extra money towards priority mail or something to expedite it. I needed this for next week and it doesn't look like it'll come in time. I gave 3 stars because I haven't received it yet, but I expect it'll be correct from other reviews.

Excellent Customer Service and Great Products!!
Ordered 2 name badges and a few other items. One of the name badges was missing ink in my company's logo. I sent a picture of it to their customer service dept., and a week later, the badge was replaced. Super easy and efficient!! And the name badges are high-quality and look great!!!

Super customer service. My order was shipped to our p.o. box at the post office and we did not get it. Contacted customer service and Chelsey stepped right up and handled it all. Wow! Will recommend and never use anyone else.
