Don't understand why all the negative comments. The product is excellent, my baby loved their pacis (exclusively) and the teats are available on their Amazon store page.

In agreement with all of the negative reviews below. You CANNOT get replacement teats for the bottles - therefore if you invest in their bottles and the teats need to be replaced, the bottles will be useless.

When I had my furst child in 2020, Nanobebe was being sold by John Lewis and it looked innovative and really connected to the needs of families. Now it is clearly being run by people who are either highly incompetent or simply don't care - probably both.

I cannot tell you how frustrating it is for me now to spend a huge amount of money on new bottles and get my children to adapt to these new bottles.

Ordered some teets then 12 days later got told my order has been cancelled . I have had no refund for my products and my delivery charge... I have emailed nanobebe and they haven't even bothered replying to me.. I just want my full refund including delivery as this is nanobebes fault that I ain't received anything.. they don't even have a number for me to co ta t them

Impossible to get hold of anything but slow flow or premie teats in the UK, which means an expensive bottle system is basically redundant within a couple of short months. Customer service non-responsive on this issue. We used these with our daughter a couple of years ago and she really liked them so we were hoping to try them with our son. Looks like we need to find something else. Such a shame.

Never any stock unable to get soothers that we have relied on for our little one!

so.. Nanobebe HAD great products, but they fail to keep their suppliers and now isnt stocked anywhere - no replacement teats etc. I've emailed Nanobebe after waiting for restock for 6 months, and this is their response.

We completely understand that this isn’t the answer you were hoping for, but unfortunately right now, we don’t have a specific timeline for when our stock will be back. I am working on it and hope to have some news soon!

Unfortunately, at this rate, I'll have to buy a new set of bottles, and chuck the Nanobebe's away since there are no teats for sale, and baby will probably grow into an adult by the time they resolve their stock issues.

No teats out of stock!

My daughter will only drink from Nanobebe bottles and we have tried for months to get new teats and they are always out of stock!

Is this company going bust?

As many others have mentioned the issue is the teats. The bottles are really nice easy to put together and clean. Slightly annoying in the silicone bottles as they take longer to warm up in a bottle warmer. But they stand well on the arm of a chair and what not Vs falling over.

I'm now left with slow flow teats as that's what all the bottles are sold with even the 9oz silicone bottles.

I'm transfering to Philips Avent natural flow with airfree teat design much easier to get every teat option available next day on Amazon.

Nanobebe have really sold there company bad. If the breastfeeding bottles came in a 9oz like the silicone and teats are available then there a good bottle and my baby has very little wind and never brings anything up on them.

But you can't maintain a business with such poor manufacturing times.

Feel like a double kick in the nuts as this is our first and we also had kendamil as a back up to breastfeeding which is also in low supply

I'll stick to bog standard generic been around the block brands from now on as this just isn't good enough. They could or should at least supply to email requests in urgent need of teats

I loved these bottles and have used them for both my babies but this time around I have been unable to get the medium flow teats. They have been out of stock for months and when I emailed they just told me that they are no longer selling on their website and are in the process of transferring everything to be sold from their Amazon shop. However they still aren’t being sold on Amazon. It’s ridiculous they continue to sell their bottles knowing full well people will be unable to purchase the required faster flow tests as their babies grow. DO NOT BUY YOUR BOTTLES HERE AS YOU WILL END UP HAVING TO PAY FOR NEW BOTTLES FROM ANOTHER BRAND!

I had previously ordered their breastmilk bottles and they literally came apart, pouring milk all over my newborn baby. I had also bought the silicon bottles which seemed to work well. So we went ahead and bought another 9 of those bottles. Since then, I have been checking non-stop for teats and they are literally out of stock everywhere for over 4 months and still going on! I have emailed their customer service so many times and they advised that they are out of stock and they do not know when they will be available. They are so nonchalant about it and it is infuriating because we are now left in a position where we either have to spend a bucket load for new bottles with another brand and our baby might not like them. Why sell bottles if you can't supply teats for them to be actually used? It's honestly a scam at this point. I wish I didn't buy from them.

I am a breastfeeding Mum who purchased the Nanobebe Dummies and a silicone bottle to try after having had a good experience with their free trial dummy. It was the only one small enough to fit in my Newborn daughters mouth without making her gag.

I got the silicone bottle when there was an offer on and I've just purchased more for using with breastmilk at nursery.

I love them, easy to wash and sterilise. Literally only 4 parts including the teat, not fiddly in the slightest and no leaks.

My now 7 month old "paws" at the bottle while feeding like she does when breastfeeding, i think because it's soft and more skin like feel than a normal bottle!

As she grew, the Dummies weren't right for her anymore, but still our go to bottles.

So I bought 6 nanobebe bottles, all was going well, my baby loves the bottles but needs to go up a teat size. Medium are out of stock so I go on the mailing list, a week or 2 passes, and none in stock. I've emailed nanobebe to be told they are in transit. Each Tuesday without fail I'm notified the medium teats are in stock via generic email to discover that they aren't .
I have been told that they are available to buy in the USA with the bottle- good news for America, doesn't help the issue of this Scottish customer.
After every direct email nanobebe like to close my ticket despite my issue not being resolved.

I'm really disappointed in the availability of stock and the fact I need to fork out more money for new bottles because nanobebe can't stock what they sell.

Deeply disappointing. Lost a lot of milk and blamed myself till i read the reviews: you’re not using them wrong, they’re just really prone to leaks. Definitely not worth the heartache.

I used tommee tippee for my first 3 kids and decided to try a new brand bottle looked cute so thought id give them a try…. I wash n sterilise regularly but had noticed the bottles hold smells n baby kept getting an upset stomach. I think due to bottle being rubbery it holds bacteria easily. Safe to say im bk with tommee tippee (glass bottle is amazing)

Fab Dummies. Poor bottles.
Let me start by saying the dummies/soothers are the best. We have an array of different ones and nanobebe are always baby’s favourite. However I wish I could say the same for the bottles I spent over £100 on.
I bought the full set of silicone and breast feeding bottles. The breast ones I gave up on pretty early on. They are a pain to sterilise, the bottom is hard to fit on and they are very awkward to hold for feeding.
The silicone ones look great, satisfying to hold but they take AGES to heat up. Not ideal for a middle of the Night feed.
The bottle warmer is a complete waste of time. It’s completely designed for the breast bottle and pretty unusable for normal bottles. Because of the lump inside designed for then breast bottle it makes the bottles float and Bob about. Really not user friendly. I have gradually replaced all the bottles with a different brand and the bottle warmer is just taking up space in the cupboard.
Very disappointing.

Horrible customer service. I spent over $300 on the Aura baby “monitor” that is truly just a glorified camera. They advertised as a non wearable breathing monitor when it does not monitor breathing unless the baby is laying just so, not moving and you have to be actively in the app. It does not send an emergency alert if your child stops breathing. It wouldn’t even know because it’s not monitoring breathing, you have to do this by waking all night and checking. Might as well just buy a camera with crying detection for $30. I reached out for a refund, they responded with a generic link to fill out a request form. I did that, then the next day I can an email saying they received my request and would respond within 24 hours. Two days later… nothing. I called and it’s a never ending ringing phone. Then received an email stating they will be closing my case if they don’t hear from me. Mind you I’ve called and emailed multiple times and no one is responding back to me. Horrible product. Horrible service. Buyers beware.

Struggling to tollerate these bottles.. feels hopeless. The lids don't stay on and as a result have caused injury to my child.. caused numerous leakages... whether its in the car, cot, pram or travel bag.. beyond funny and it's now just utter despair.
Don't purchase.. save yourself from the endless misery on a daily basis.. 😔🥺😭

Nanobebe bottles don't seal properly and the nipple ring always thread crooked allowing leaking, there bottle warmer allows the bottle to tip the teet into unsterile water not from a kettle as they say.. and the storage lid seals so well the bottle will blow the push seal bases off after 1 minute out the fridge causing 5 ozs of milk to poor straight out the bottom of the bottle leaving a mess.

Absolutely love this brand! Their soothers are my sons favourite and he is immediately comforted by them. I love that they come in a variety of colours too as I like to match dummies to his outfit 😂! I also love their silicone bottles for the changing bag. I use glass bottles at home but don't trust myself not to break them when I'm out and about - my son has no issues swapping to the Nanobebé bottles.
