I love the pillow, however my issue is with the pillow case. It needs to have a tight fit which I understand but the very first time I tried to take it out to wash it, the zipper ripped. That was very disappointing and they aren’t cheap to replace. The pillow design itself is great just wish the zipper could be improved and then I would purchase again.

Nice pillow and good quality materials. I just didn’t need the face cutouts as much as I thought. Passed it to my mom and she uses it every night.

The pillow has been a great experience. I wish it was bigger but over all I do enjoy it. I think I have less lines when waking up.

I LOVE this pillow. I was fully skeptical that #1 it would be effective in preventing wrinkles and #2 that it would be comfortable. It has exceeded expectations on both by a lot. No more sleep wrinkles or indentations or pressure around my laugh lines and eyes. And by far the most comfortable pillow ever. No more waking up with a pinch in my neck or awkward shoulder pain. LOVE THIS PILLOW.

Really like this product. It supports my neck and I like how open the pillow keeps my face. I feel it is helping with fine lines and keeping my skincare on my face. I think it is a must if you wear lash extensions. Added bonus that it helps keep my cpap mask in place.

It took 2 whole weeks for me to get the pillow! But that was after several "updates" on shipping that were clearly not true. The company makes it look like its going through shipping from another country just to by them bull shit time. Its a total scam. Only after I emailed and threatened to cancel payment and report the company did I finally get my pillow! Then, upon opening there was a card that said John 3:16. No instructions, no receipt, just a Bible verse.

Scam!!! Avoid!!! The zip opening is way too small for the pillow to rips when you try to change the pillow case. I attempted very carefully, easing the pillow limbs out and it still ripped. Company is ignoring me and the returns portal doesn’t actually work. Total overpriced rubbish and no customer service!!

What I received looked nothing like the advertised pillow. When I shared this on their Facebook posts they blocked me.
Clearly don’t want others to see what they’re really producing.
Scam behaviour.

It’s an adjustment using this pillow because it slips from under my position face. Almost prefer silk pillow I’ve used. Then too unable to remove satin cover to wash. This is distressing. Defeats the job of keeping face clean. Overall disappointed with product. Next time I’ll buy on Amazon for returns guarantee

So many bad reviews of this company! And then it looks like they asked their friends to do good reviews in November 2025 so the summary would ignore all the bad ones. And it worked. Shame on you, Trustpilot for making that possible.

The company is a scam. There’s no customer service; you send emails that go unanswered. I have not heard from them since ever. The pillow is what people say it is like, a thin sheet pillow. You put your head on it and it flattens. Doesn’t do anything that its supposed to do for you. So now I have an ugly ass pillow that looks like a fat spider that does not have any business in my bed. This thing (not a pillow) belongs in the garbage. Don’t waste your time or money!

FAKE WEBSITE - who deny I even placed an order!! I ordered 2 pillows.. then ghosted!
Even proof of purchase doesn’t suffice..!
