BUYER BEWARE of slick advertising and a great website. The item purchased while pretty good quality did not come close to having the same sizing measurements as those stated on the website. Despite the ‘30 day money back guarantee’ advertised on their website with the buyer paying shipping, the return process was completely unacceptable. First they require a return request via email. Then they want pictures of the item to approve the refund. Then they offered store credit of 120% of the item price with a nominal return fee ( they never specified). When I declined the offer and requested a refund they offered at 10% refund and to keep the item ( which is too small and I cannot wear). When I again requested a refund they offered a 20% refund and I could keep the item or I could return it to an address in China ( they advertised themselves as a US company??) that would cost more to ship than I paid for the item. Needless to say I took the 20% ( still awaiting the refund) and filed a complaint with my credit card company.

I ordered a few dresses from this site for an upcoming event. Shipping took almost 3 weeks. Once the dresses arrived, a couple had quality issues. Regardless, the sizing was all over the place and not correct. When I tried to initiate the return, I was taken on a ride through a plethora of “employees” and a number of “options” they could give me without offering the full refund. “30 Day Money Back Guarantee” is definitely a lie. Avoid this website!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Extremely low quality! The reviews have to be fake. They say they refund for returns if you return within 30 days. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. They offer all kinds of options like store credit. However, the quality is lower than SHEIN and costs way more.
