Very supported and comprehensive experience!

Get certified with Nasm was my dream, it was challenging but 100% worthy

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You will get a US rep when you first want to sign on and then when you do you disappear into their rabbit hole. No counselor as they say calls to check on you to see if you need help. When you do call to get help you get another country and they are far from helpful. The proctors on their exams are rude and interrupt you for the littlest thing as resting your hand on your/mouth chin while taking the exam. You can't reach a manager when you ask for one. I called back pretending to be a new potential student and got a US representative but as soon as I explained my issues I was transferred to India with no resolution

Today when I called to NASM, I talked with Kora and she’s help me a lot, to find the exact program I needed and looking for. The sistem it’s so easy to manage for students . They have a great material, attention. Thank you Kora for helping me.

Very well crafted program, test was relatable and as long as you studied the content well, you can pass with good knowledge. The instructions in the test were clear, and the online proctor customer service was good.

From A-Z, especially the representative (Kimberlee Ventura) who's been there past the sale. She's been kind, professional, informative, patient, and even worked after hours to assist me (and my family) through the certification process.

Terrible customer service. They will charge you for the course and then find every other opportunity to take money from you.

It was a great experience, the practice test and the quizzes are very important to take and will help you with the exam the videos are really helpful to understand how to perform the exercises.

The study material was comprehensive, and thorough. It was great learning so much more about fitness and nutrition, that I can now apply as I move forward building my future business and clientele base. Having the option to study the course online made it so much easier to balance alongside working full-time and all of life's happenings as well!
I highly recommend getting certified with NASM!

The NASM eLearning course was highly beneficial in providing me with the foundational aspects of biomechanics, exercise science, nutrition, kinesiology, and program design. The self-paced modules were easy to follow and the chapter/sections reviews and practice tests helped to reinforce key concepts and terminology. I would highly recommend NASM to anyone trying to break into the fitness industry.

Your awesome adult learning principles. Made the complex eaiser.When engaging the " Talk" function for each chapter is great but having it reside all the referances and clinicals is way to much. Very challenging material that you guys made simple.

Great experience with NASM. Passed the exam the first time.

I purchased the NASM CPT course. Navigating the course was easy, but I felt like there was a quite a bit of info that was beyond what a trainer needs to know. Trying to read and memorize or understand hundreds of pages of info is no small feat. I wish some of that information was swapped out for more real life instruction on things like working directly with clients, coaching form, choosing specific exercises, etc. I was very surprised that wasn’t hit harder in the course. Knowing the way I study and learn, I bought the book as well as a study app to prepare, so I think the study materials could be a bit better. But overall it was worth it and I’m glad I went through NASM.

The overall experience was excellent. The website is easy to navigate and sign up for courses. The CPT course was extremely thorough and was great for all types of learners. The chapters were very dense but the videos were extremely helpful to review and see the information. The quizzes exposed you from the get go to what the types of questions would be like on the exam. When studying, I found the chapter notes and practice exams to be very helpful to prepare. Taking the exam online was a good experience and not to hard to navigate. Overall I would recommend this certification for anyone in PT. It is extremely thorough and prepares you well for being in the field.
