Good experience
Good experience, good comunication with them. They respond quickly to emails and any questions. The packaging could be better, more robust. I received the NAS Synology 923+ in the original packaging, wrapped in plastic, without extra protection. I think it's little protection for equipment of this value and fragility. It came in good condition though.

While our order did not go completely smoothly - the guys at NAS Store did what they could at all times. In the end, we have our system up and running. They key for us was that the communication was ALWAYS there - prompt, detailed and solution orientated. We will have no hesitation in continuing to use NAS Store for our core infrastructure in the coming months and years.
