I was interested but not sure. The salesman helped me understand the difference between the vehicles, the costs and what was the best option for me. He even searched to find a car with some mileage rather than a new car to best fit what I was looking for. I found the experience good, helpful and avoided the need for lots of searching

From the time we entered the car sales we were quite pleased, we were left to look around at the cars that we wanted to see with no pressure from the staff they did approach us a couple of times asking if we were okay and then told if we needed anything just to look for someone and there was plenty around, when we decided that we needed some help we found Craig and he was very helpful and honest made sure he answered all our questions and gave us some good advice he really made our decision easy and our visit pleasurable

My new car was ready for pickup on the day agreed and Cody made sure I was comfortable with her before I drove her away. He called me a week later to ask how I was getting on with her and answered a few questions I had.
The whole experience from first sight to ownership, was smooth and easy. I would definitely buy a car from them again.

Salesman Colin Snook was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble to help us to choose the right car for us and we would recommend visiting the showroom if they want to change their cars.

Just received my new car today, from the start Terry Christopher kept me informed whilst waiting to collect it. I have had quite a few cars from Nathaniel’s and can only praise all the staff for their politeness and can honestly say nothing is to much trouble for them, any questions are always well received and answered. Being told by transport a delivery time and a promise that never materialised. Also dealing with cash back to my self is unbelievable experience being told one thing by one person and another by a salesperson. The log book arrived before my money which still hasn’t been returned
