Great customer service and friendly…outstanding
Great customer service and friendly staff especially Elliott who went over and above his job to make sure the car suited my needs...and chased up a few days later to see if there were any issues.
Sat with me on picking up the car and went through what was needed. Very very happy with the service.

Picked up my new motability car, very helpful but kept waiting an hour for the car to be cleaned. They knew my collection date as it was arranged weeks earlier

Great First Car Experience for My Daughter
I would like to thank Nathaniel Cars for their excellent service. Although I don’t live in Wales, I was supporting my daughter with the purchase of her first car. With a young child, a safe and reliable car is essential, especially as she will be driving regularly to Southampton to visit us.
While my daughter dealt with the purchase in person, I was involved virtually, and Elliott kept me fully updated on the car specifications, warranty, and other important details. Nothing was too much trouble. On occasions when Elliott was busy, other members of the team were well-informed about the sale and able to assist straight away. The strong team communication was very reassuring.
My daughter is overjoyed with her purchase, and I feel reassured knowing she has bought her first car from such a reputable garage.
