Whoever the bright spark is that came up with the £1 prize should at the very least be sacked!!! What an absolute joke !!!! Wasting my time and the time of the assistants in outlets that have to deal with ridiculous £1 prize payouts

The new app is awful - and so are the prizes! Constant, and very frustrating, log-in errors and updates - which have made the app even less intuitive than before! And what is the £1 prize for 2 numbers all about - or £10 for 3 numbers? How can £1 be sold as a win when the ticket is £2! What does £1 even buy these days? No wonder the app - and the lottery itself - are receiving so many terrible reviews.

I pay in £.1,300 a year to the national lottery always hoping like millions of others to be that big winner
I’ve received in winnings for the whole year £39.60 in return.

That’s what I call a terrible investment.

The high prize is enormous people can’t spend that sort of money.

They should make lower prizes more rewarding and make those huge one off wins less rewarding
The lower prizes that keep you spending are a joke to say the least .

It’s eye opening how many millions of people are thinking there going to be the big winner when in reality it’s never going to happen except for the odd few out the whole population who can play over 18 year old

I tried to sign into their account with the same password I have used for over a year, and I'm not allowed to sign in with it, so I thought It was some kind of interference form persons unknown, with my account, so I cancelled my account, I tried to log back in again and used the same password and no one of the symbols I was using was not accepted, so the password I have used for over a year is no longer excepted, so they have changed their sign in procedure without informing me, no notification no nothing, and now I am blocked on my card, so I have to spend god knows how long sorting this out, will NEVER use this site again, it's supposed to be a public service, bloody typical!!!!

I've spent just a £200 pounds inside a couple months on £5 pounds national lottery scratch cards and every one was zero nothing, and if you do win it's always £5 pounds, it's very rare and mean very rare to even win £20 pounds. It's the same way buying national lottery tickets you never win . This new take over with the national lottery is certainly got very bad . The public are being robbed especially in northern Ireland. This new owner is being so unfair, the national lottery in my opinion was for the people not the company lining there own pocket's. This new lottery take over should be investigated. Enough is enough the national lottery is the worst of the worst gambling site . Play fair National lottery it feels a dishonest gambling site and it's a shame absolute.

The prize structure for normal draws are an embarrassment.
The highlight for everyone was the “Must Be Won” aspect…. At least if nobody won the big prize, all the other prizes were sufficiently valuable and hugely invested into by the players.

Since Allwyn took over, it’s been ridiculous!! They’ve run the National Lottery into the ground and I believe that they are now simply too stupid to see, that at this point they’re just managing it’s eventual demise and it will cease to function anymore.

I’ve not played my usual £80-100 on the last couple of “must be won” games and I won’t bother again until it’s either reinstated or completely killed off.

Whatever they’re trying to do, is anyone’s guess, but if they want to drive the car at 100mph whilst sleeping, well the inevitable consequences will ensue.

National robbery, instant games are an absolute con, don't waste your time and money. You will not win ! Whole company needs investigating.

The new prize breakdown is an insult to the players. Getting £1 for two numbers is shocking. The update in 2015 was very controversial but this format is abysmal.
Tonight’s ‘must be won’ lottery prizes are measly, will not be playing anymore.
Go back to the original format of £1 a ticket and select from 49 numbers and win when you match 3 or more numbers.

The new prize structure rubbish! £9.5m must be won on last nights draw and the highest value prize actually paid out was £1k for 5 numbers. How does that work???
£24 instead of £10 and £5 instead of £1 is not life changing or life enhancing which is what players are hoping for.

UK National Lottery is a big scam now we have been playing the Lottery from the first day it started it is disgusting now they way they have played with figures and adding two lines of numbers to make you think you have two chances of a win well I think you have a nail in the coffin for the Lotto after seeing what the roll down figures was calculated it is a farce every body needs to boycott buying a lottery ticket until they get it sorted so today after all the years of buying tickets Wednesday and Saturday have finished for us they are doing more then a highwayman

Congratulations you won a small prize. You log on to the shocking app to find out it’s a sodding £1. What’s the point in that what can you get with a quid in this day and age my nans been dead 30 years and she used to pay out more. The new 2 chances for you money is rubbish prizes less than you pay to play. At least when you got two numbers before you got a free lucky dip and another chance at some decent money. It’s just not worth playing now

This new app is not fit for purpose. I have tried adding a new card seven times!!! Can they not afford technicians who know how to build an app that functions????

The old app was much better, you removed the saved numbers check which was one of the best features, the app is less intuitive and harder to use now

Played 70 games of instant wins, impossible to win deposit back never mind a small win. Really pathetic, wouldnt bother. About as entertaining as a jimmy saville party !

Winning £1 for 2 numbers and £10 for 3 is a very deflating experience. At least winning £30 was quite decent. I have played for 25 years but won’t be playing anymore.

Totally rubbish App, nevar able to open "something went eron try again" won a prize cannot open to see how much.

Goverment need to step in on this company.

The new owners camt run n app thay works easily. I have given up trying to login. And when I was logged in, just after Allwyn (or all lose or whoever) took over all my multiple week tickets wer all out of order so I could work out when it was going to run out amd I would have to buy a new set of tickets. They didnt respond to my complaints regarding a potentially mossed prize (which they promise to contact you about "never miss a prize" when playing online.... Yet they cant prove to me that I won and they tried contacted. Cambling commision reply essentially said they cant force them to release data theu dont hold anymore yet wont hold the Allwyn accountable for not keeping the data for longer for audit purposes. To me it seems disoragnised and so no longer convenient or easy or confidence inspiring. I simply wont play anymore.
