Salesmanager Phil and the information that he provided the patient that he displayed in answering my many questions along with his product knowledge was the main reason I switched from Square to National Bankcard what solidified my decision was also Maria the sales support manager. She was not only knowledgeable but she also really cared about making sure that I was set up correctly. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WAY BETTER THAN SQUARE POS! NOT TO MENTION THE FEES !

If I could give a zero star
Update: customer service reached out to me and explained things a little bit better. My account will be closed. I don’t have to stress on it. I appreciate the call and concern. Increased from 1 star to 3 - if I would have gotten this lady to begin with I may have kept my account open. She helped me understand the charges a little bit better.
If I could give a zero star, I would…Customer service does not respond within a timely manner. Hidden fees. On top of 3.5% being charged to my customers there’s also monthly payment and a fee to deposit into my checking account. Which takes a week to get in there. Horrible customer service. requested over five days ago for my Account to be closed and still have not heard a word back.
