Unfortunately, I must express my strong dissatisfaction with the level of support and the quality of responses I have received throughout the course and afterward. The communication has been disappointing, unsupportive, and, at times, unprofessional.

Good trainer, made the best of a slightly peculiar syllabus
Good trainer - Steve. Course material mostly good, a bit too in depth on medical conditions than necessary for a first aid course I'd say,.
He did his best with the material.

Really enjoyed the course, didn’t feel pressured into giving my opinion on areas I was not yet sure on and everyone in the course had a fair chance in putting in their input.

Covering a large topic in two days is not easy, the course did a very good job overall. Wayne Reidie is a very experienced instructor.

A lot of information, but very well delivered with a greater knowledge than I have by Steve. Many good points and new information that I personally have not covered on previous first aid courses which kept the interest flowing.
