I was in a state of panic when i had a baliff at my door i filled a form on line and within 10 minutes i had a call from chris harty and he calmed me down and reasured me not to worry there here to help n beleive me he kept in contact all the way through helped me sort out information i need i carnt honestly thank this gentleman enough he is truly a super star

I don't usually leave reviews but i had to leave this one regarding a lovely member of staff by the name of Nicola.
After the first phone call i had with Nicki regarding my debts, she made feel at ease with the process, giving clear and concise explanations and due to me having multiple health conditions it really helped me a lot
For the last 3 days she has been working tirelessly helping me contact creditors amongst other things. She sticks to her word, keeps me well updated throughout the process and has such a warm and friendly personality which has helped us build up a wonderful rapport.

Nicki, you're a superstar!!! I hope more people have the pleasure to receive help from you.
