Abner does not stay on top of the case nor does he return calls or emails. This firm dropped me out of the blue four days before my deadline for appeal for a hearing, so I had to hit the ground running and do it myself and secure a new law firm. They didn't forward my file so I am getting that from SSA. Surely they have incomplete medical records. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM.

Honestly I didn't worry about nothing. Because at any time I had a question or concern someone would always pick up the call and had a direct response! Never left me to wonder about anything. If that particular individual didn't have an answer at the time I would get a call back as soon as possible.

My representative Yarivel was never available when I needed assistance, i always felt like I was bothering her. I submitted all of the necessary paperwork and documents to SSD and always kept my rep informed of doctor appointments and/or changes in meds. She did very minimal with processing my case from the beginning, she only responded and answered questions that I could find on the website at best. She was AWFUL 😣.
