I travelled 72 mile round trip to have…
I travelled 72 mile round trip to have my windscreen fitted and a day off work the windscreen is all blurry and not fit for purpose it’s got to go back in for another fit which means another day off work and another 72 miles

Great service from the Carlisle branch.
Service from the Carlisle branch was excellent. It’s my second time in 2 years there. Very helpful, and the windscreen fitted is excellent.
A small point, but I was a bit annoyed that NW made me pay the excess prior to fitting. I do not think that is how it should work??

Excellent communication. Very prompt service. Work done at home. Very nice chap worked very hard job done quickly. Would definitely recommend.
