Formentor windscreen replacement. Office to work.
Had a replacement windscreen and calibration on my Cupra Formentor with these guys.
Set me up with an office space so I could work while they did the repairs. All very friendly and rven took time to explain the calibration process to me because I was curious.
It did take two attempts as the first replacement developed a crack not long after, but they replaced free of charge with no quibbles.
No damage to the bodywork of my car, so all in all would recommend!

Incredibly quick turnaround from…
Incredibly quick turnaround from booking to completion of replacement. Booked it in a Thursday evening and got a spot the following Monday. Plenty of amenities nearby while I waited.
Overall a very pleasant experience. Work was completed by a chap by the name of Graham. Top lad.

Excellent customer service
I am 66 years old and don't drive very far now so I explained this to National Windscreens and there Branch manager came to my house and took the car then brought it back with new windscreen fitted and as I have arthritis of the spine combined with COPD for me this was excellent customer service.

Fast service and great communication…
Fast service and great communication with the on-site staff. Aftercare was clearly explained following the windscreen installation. Hopefully, I won’t need to use the service again, but if I do have a broken windscreen, I’ll definitely return.

From arriving to the yard i was welcomed firstly by Scott ( the Manager ) and offered coffee or tea.
Grant then took the car in for repair and did a great job.

Brilliant staff, great service.
Grant was brilliant, kept us informed all the way through. I was a little concerned as the car was less than 1 year old (worried needlessly) Information on after care was also really useful.

Had windscreen replaced 2 months ago…
Had windscreen replaced 2 months ago clearly hasn't been fitted correctly as there's water leaking into the car from the top left of windscreen. Been trying to contact edinburgh branch for nearly 2 weeks now but they dont answer the phone I have manged to contact customer services about 7 or 8 times over the past 2 weeks they have also tried to contact the edinburgh branch with no success either all they can do is send emails and promise someone from the edinburgh branch would be intouch but this has not happend. I would recommend using another company as this one clearly has incompetent staff and are not willing to fix there mistakes altho were fast enough to show up when there was money to be made. 30th may still no reply from companie
