Nationwide Bus Charter Avis 

Service was excellent booking was excellent. Everything went so smoothly even had to do a remote pick up and Ralph our driver was able to find us and we were in and out of a crazy situation and back home safe. The only thing that went wrong was the Florida Gators lost.

This charter company was excellent! From customer service to the punctuality and efficiency of the driver, the whole experience was awesome! The ease of booking, safety and cordiality will definitely have me using this charter company again and again!

We had multiple pick up and drop off times which could be confusing, but the bus arrived on time everytime! It was a smooth ride and the bus driver was really accommodating which made our night really enjoyable.

Using Nationwide was the best idea for transportation for my daughter’s wedding. They were courteous and considerate and followed up with us to make sure they were within the timeline we wanted. I didn’t have to worry how our guests staying at the hotel would get to the venue. I would definitely use them again.

I was provided a quote for a trip from NC to FL for over 100 guests. The quote was agreed upon and therefore converted to a contract between Nationwide Bus Charter and myself. I was then contacted stating that the price provided wasn't correct and the cost was double. The quote from the contract wasn't honored and there was no resolution provided by the company aside from a refund of the deposit. The whole experience with the company was dreadful and I would never recommend anyone to use this company.

I informed him about the bathroom stop as the company suggested and the driver gave me a hard time about stopping for a quick rest stop on the way there and back because it wasn't on the itinerary.. but he did stop afterall, but chose to stop at an outlet mall which gave an issue with us parking there & everyone had to walk very far to the bathrooms.. This made us very late to our destination.
And there was an actual rest stop right up the road too which would have took about 5 minutes instead.

The bus was supposed to have charging ports and there was only one up by the driver.

And the bus driver was on his phone looking down a lot.. maybe on maps, but we felt that there should have been some sort of navigation thing for him to use that was not his phone..

He did drive very safely thankfully and did check the maintenance under the hood briefly at the last rest stop, on the way home, so we were grateful for that.

The driver was pushing for us to leave a half hour before our departure time because of another job afterwards..

The front of the bus definitely needed to be cleaned too.

The price was excellent. I would choose them again but I'd make sure the bathroom stops would be in the itinerary and that the driver wouldn't be using his phone to navigate as it made passengers nervous.

We are a Preschool School and We had a fantastic experience with this company! We ordered ten buses, for a field trip to New York Aquarium and they were all in great shape, air-conditioned, and super clean. The drivers were always on time, which was a huge plus, and communicating with our sales manager, Mr. Matt Buscemi, was a breeze. I definitely recommend this company—they truly exceeded our expectations!

The bus driver was great, he took a few teachers and a bunch of apprentices to lobby for a bill in NYS. He was very accommodating and polite.
One of the teachers told me that the bus was rattling a lot on the highway.

My sale representative Jonathon was so beyond helpful and super friendly! He answered all my emails super quickly and was very patient. He was even willing to refund me when I booked the wrong bus even though it was my fault. Very happy with my service and would book a bus with this service another time!!
