Great driver!

The driver, Julio, was outstanding! Very personable and friendly. They encountered an accident on the freeway, and the driver expertly navigated an alternate route which allowed our guests to make their event on time.

Nationwide was a lifesaver!

I am a parent of a special needs daughter who cheers on a cheerabilites cheer team of 24 athletes. We arrived in Dallas Texas with our competition transportation already booked and paid in full. The night before our competition the transportation company that we already paid for canceled our contract. Panicked and frustrated we began calling other companies . We got the angels from Nationwide Bus Charter. From Paul to Cassandra to Nick their entire team and the drivers went above and beyond when providing customer service. We went from having a company take advantage of a team of special needs athletes to a company that was willing to step in at the very last minute and provide us everything we needed. Their eagerness to help was comforting. There is so much I want to say about Nationwide but I would be here all day. I do have to mention that the bus was clean and very comfortable and both of our drivers were friendly and polite. If you need a trustworthy company to transport you please call Nationwide!

Jonathan & this company are a 10/10

Jonathan was extremely helpful. He was transparent with pricing, very responsive & thorough with the whole process start to finish. He quickly answered all of my questions, and the bus ride itself worked out perfectly. I will certainly be booking with them again, as well as recommending them to everyone else.

Simply the BEST choice!

The buses are always prompt and get us to and from our destination with ease. We use Nationwide for all of our school trips! Hundreds of kids and it is always a seamless process. I can’t reccommend Nick and his drivers enough!

Nationwide Bus charter delivered

When other companies turned me away. Nationwide Bus Charter delivered. Jonathan worked with me to not only get a better price but excellent service. Our driver Tien was extremely professional and took great care of us. I am a customer for life. I recommend Nationwide Bus Charter.

We booked a charter for my daughters…

We booked a charter for my daughters 21st birthday party. From the booking of the trip, to the pick up and the drop off everything went to plan. Driver was courtesy and professional. Would definitely book again and recommend.

Nick Cianciaruso is the definition of a professional. He handled our sudden request with some of the greatest customer service I have ever witnessed. Going out of your way to help the customer is a lost art nowadays, but he showcased that skill with urgency and efficiency. Once again, thank you so much!

Less than thrilled

The sales representative that I worked with was Matt Buscemi… Booking our event transportation through him was seamless until it came down to communication leading up to the event. I tried calling Matt several times, a week or two before my event to go over the updated itinerary to ensure it made sense and was doable, to only be sent to voicemail and never receive a call back after leaving several voicemails. I emailed Matt multiple times before I would get a response back, which was short. Matt told me when I booked our shuttles for our event, that I would receive an email 24-hours before the event, that would include the bus drivers’ names and numbers as well as any other information that I would have needed, which to no surprise I never received… I had to contact Matt yet again at 11PM EST the night before asking for that information to get another short response almost 12-hours later, which to the point, my event had already begun…

Same thing happened 2-days later, my company needed picked up and returned to Denver, CO on Wednesday. Was promised to get an email with the bus drivers names and numbers and of course did not receive ANYTHING. I decided to contact one of the drivers from Monday because I was fed up trying to communicate with Matt. I asked the driver if him and the other shuttle driver were enroute to pick us up on Wednesday morning, to find out that they weren’t assigned to service us again and got reassigned to another event, even though I was specifically told we would have the same drivers throughout the entirety of our event… Thankfully, the bus driver, Mike, sent me a separate number to call to actually get answers from the company NBC hired in… Seemed like Matt did not care about the service aspect after receiving payment for our event.

Only gave 3-stars due to the bus drivers going above and beyond (April, Robert, John and Mike from Carey Limousine of Denver Going in Style, if it weren’t for them, I would have given 1 star…

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address the recent review/complaint you shared regarding your interaction with one of our sales representatives. First and foremost, please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused you.

We deeply regret that you had to experience a breakdown in communication during your interaction with our team. This is not reflective of the standard of service we aim to provide, and we are committed to making things right.

We have taken immediate action to address the issue and we have a thorough review.

We did see many emails going back and forth between Matt and you, between 8/28/23 and 9/13/23, in which many questions were responded to. We apologize if the answers to return calls were not as fast as you would have liked them to be.We do see you made a few changes to your itinerary that had to be updated and confirmed. All updates were made and confirmed and Matt provided you both confirmations on 9/6/23. We apologize that the driver info was provided to you 2 hours before your departure and you did not have driver info for 9/13/23. We don`t always give out driver info because we have a dispatch department that handles all driver confirms etc, this is why at the time of booking we provide this info. When providing driver info it is a special request and we do apologize you received only a few hours before your departure and had this had caused you stress for your trips.

In light of this, I would like to personally apologize and set up a time to speak over the telephone to go over this situation.

We appreciate your business and the opportunity to make this right.

Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, and I thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

Great for a large group!

When traveling with a large group of teenagers, every detail counts, and Nationwide made it really easy to book and make changes when needed. Matt Buscemi was an enormous help and was flexible with our organization regarding payment, which was appreciated considering that we're a non-profit organization. When I needed to change pick-up locations, they did it without issue.

The bus experience itself was pleasant, and I'm always in awe at how skilled bus drivers are in navigating traffic, especially in the NYC area. The coach seats were also really comfortable and roomy. Our first driver was delayed by 15 minutes, but it didn't matter that much in our schedule since we budgeted for wiggle room. The second driver was really nice and I appreciated that he worked with me to get to the pick-up spot where our group was located.

Definitely planning on using them again in the future!

Great Experience

Jonathan Lass made the entire process simple for our church’s trip to Yankee stadium. Mark the driver was great and very understanding with our needs. We are using them again for our trip next year. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Jonathan Lass was such a great help with booking, scheduling and helping with our trip to the Reds/Cubs game for my union hall! It was such a great experience to have him & Nationwide involved in our event. I would recommend them and plan to use them again! Thanks so much! You're the best!
