There was nothing wrong with the…
There was nothing wrong with the gentleman that helped us through this , it’s the actual procedure that took so long for £30k , the amount of signatures and the fact that we had to pay the first repayment first before we got the 2nd half of the loan. This procedure should take less time, less signing and be more transparent from the start.
