Always fantastic, reliable customer service
Our account Manager Steve McDermott is really helpful and efficient, sourcing everything we need whether it’s for projects where we’re on site for several months or just a couple of day site investigations. Highly Recommend & Great Accounts Manager
We use WowNow on a regular basis and I could not recommended them enough! Our Accounts Manager Naomi Brown is amazing, she's extremely helpful and can't do enough to help us even if we make last minute requests. When she's unavailable, the rest of the team are just as helpful!

Wow for Wow Now!
Exceptional service as always, Used Wow now for many years now problem free.. Mia and Jess always ensure machine's turn up as and when requested, if there's ever a problem with a machine an engineer is out within a few hours to fix or replace.
Fast reaction times especially if you need a machine there the same if not next day always sorted.

Last minute order
i had to place a last minute urgent order for some hire equipment to be on site next day and as usual nothing was too much trouble and it was all sorted with ease thanks to Leanne on the helpdesk.
As usual we got the best service and nothing is ever is too much trouble.
