I was excitedly trying to play some poker as a new player. After deposit(not smooth), I played just 11 hands before being suspended. Then I needed to wait for 3 days before they looked at my email. Another couple of days passed with me trying to get an explanation and they "informed" me I was not a scammer. No apology. They told me my account was thus unlocked. Then here I am! My account is still suspended and I still need to beg for this lazy ass team to look at email. Customer service is responsive but all they do is telling me to email the security team hahahaha

They reel you in with a few winnings after you deposit money. Then all of a sudden it's bad beat 24/7.
People will call your rais with Q9 and crush your KK consistently.
Also there are lots of bots and collusions going on. Play for a while and you will pick it up.
The company just ignores the problem.

Have you ever gotten this "lucky"? I have never ever gotten remotely as lucky as this player. Look at a bunch of his videos. Its ridiculous. Pretty much every day he get lucky beyond statistics. The clearest proof that they are scammers.

Dont deposit. Instead use play money and have a bit of fun.

OMG! I gave several try to this platform and I'm not a bad poker player. I didn't lose a lot but this software is a scam. I guess it is build to maximise the profit for the owner. Let the players re-buy and re-buy and I'm sure the software knows who re-buy more then others. Often happen the higher chip stack beat me by weaker hands or AA against KK or similar. Also you cannot turn off the smart hud which is really bad. I don't like the whole software which looks like cartoon for children with their animation. Especially in cash games often happen the flop gives to all players a good board nobody can fold. Set over set or top pair with best kicker against 2 pair. It is very obviously how it is working. I'm sure everybody is losing and all the pros Natural8 is sponsoring are made by the company, mostly high stake players but they are not better than the average players. Many times I knew already what kind of cards will appear and which player will lose. Always the same pattern. This game is not about skills, it's same like slot machine and the odds are against all players. I blocked me now to play there.

They always turn off PromptPay option in my country and only allowes crypto currencies and other ridiculous payment methods. Then the smart HUD cannot be disabled. Also chat and trow away pics cannot be turned off. The pics players can click are very accusing and disturbing. The software is a scam and the worst.

I have found that Natural8 poker tournament games are fluided with either bots that has the same country flag or hundreds of players from the same country registering in tournaments by between 30 to 100 players in a tournament of roughly 400 players. Then they collude on the tables teaming up and help one player to make a huge stack of chips. When the tournament gets to final table there are atleast 4 of the 8 on final table of the same country ranked 1 to 4. Then they start to work together to build a huge stack and win the top 2 or 3 places. I also got screenshots how the last 2 players work together. The 1st place went afk and was sitting out while his friend just kept up raking in the sb and bb till 2nd place won the game. There will be 4 or 5 of them on one table of 9 players. They will keep on going all in till one of them has a huge stack of chips giving there friend a huge kick-start to win the tournament. I sent screenshots to the security team of Natural8 and explained how these guys are teaming up. They came back and said they couldn't find any wrong doing and they won't give me a refund. This is so bs cz I got cheated out of my money and this site didn't do anything to help me. This site is fluided with bots and fake accounts. I'm Uninstaller this trash scamming site

The owner of Natural8 is truly a bloodsucker who exploits players for profit. I'm not upset because I lost, nor happy when I win — but this platform is undeniably a scam.

In a single day, I witnessed only three cases where big pairs beat small ones. Meanwhile, over 30 times, small pocket pairs hit a set and crushed higher pairs. Is this just poker variance, or is it a deliberate setup?

Are we playing real poker — or just another form of dice gambling, where the house controls everything?

This doesn’t feel like fair play. It feels like manipulation. Natural8 should be investigated for unethical practices. Be warned — this is not a trustworthy poker site.

In a very dishonest way. Avoid this site it's just a comwte scam to steal deposits.

First time I played, won a decent amount. Turned out to be a honey pot to suck me in. In one tourney I asked players to say hello back. A Russian guy said hello and after a few hands was moved. Asked again after a while and a Thai player who literally arrived said hello. He was moved immediately after that hand. Very odd especially when the tourney started. What is the point of having a chat when the administrators move real players immediately. When I asked the chat box why they move actual players responding to each other N8 asked the tourney number responds by not answering the question and ended the chat with a rating request. After this inquiry I hit nothing. Red flagged. Actually I got a straight flush on a 10 8 clubs but aggressive pre flops counted me out. From that point on I never got a decent hand and table cards. 3,2 2,9, 3,9 J,2 poket hands all the while every other player is getting beautiful pocket pairs hitting rivers all the time. I am sure they will reply by saying it is a game of skill and chance. Not going to bloat but I have one many local competitions in person and have played enough hands in my 30 years playing to say the software is questionable.

I am truly impressed how rigged this site is. I used to play in winamax, pokerstars and party poker, beat 10, 25, 50s limits of spin and go, not to mention small stakes which are peace of cake.
