Natural Dogz Avis

I telephoned ahead to check availability before I ordered and the guy I spoke to was very helpful. Fast despatch and delivery. Great service all round

Very friendly service, order ready for collection on arrival. Disappointed with website as it made me believe orders over £35 would be delivered locally for free. After placing order I was informed I would have to collect!

Absolutely the best dog supplies ever my grandog loves her news balls, and the lovely treats.

Excellent customer service, speedy delivery.

I had no problems at all with my transaction. The product arrived well packaged & very quickly.

Everything arrived as ordered. Love being able to buy all my dog's favourite treats from one supplier!

The air dried venison is a real hit with our greyhound who needs a gluten free diet. It comes in several varieties, all of which she likes, and we are currently trying out the ones with glucosamine for her joints and there is no hesitation when she wolfs these down - unlike the other joint chews we've tried. We are trying the honey and banana biscuits - also gluten free, and she's partial to these too! Highly recommend. Also speed of delivery was good.

This company is fab! First time puppy owner, needing help. Contacted this company. Gave us some great advice on treats etc. Will definitely use again! Special thanks to Simon for his great customer care

Couldn't recommend enough. Superb communication, spot on timing, friendly and helpful mannerism.

Regards.

Speedy service and delivery. No sooner had I put in my order than I hd a call to clarify something on it.
Order arrived promptly and was appropriately packaged - not so much that it was wasted and not so little that anything arrived damaged.

Products are as described and my dogs are throughly enjoying them. Some samples were also received which is great as sometimes I pass on a new product because I don't know how big it is/is it easy to break up/how long will it last.

Will be ordering again.

Received my order in a timely manor and very chuffed to also find lots of sample treats included 👍 Big thumbs up for deliver time and customer service. Will order again 😀

Buy these regularly for our old arthritic staffy. And they are,a,great help.. She runs around like a pup. Would highly recommend

Excellent service, items arrived next day and staff very helpful when I was unsure of which product would suit my dog. I would recommend to anyone.

Everything I have ordered has been of excellent quality and delivery is always excellent. Willow has loved everything but her favourites are the chicken sticks and chicken training treats. Would highly recommend using Natural Dog.

Our dog has very bad allergies but she has been great with these treats Tried a few and no problems
