Im seriously so disappointed in these T shirts. The designs are beyond beautiful and it makes me want to buy more of them but at this point I have 5 of them and every single one of them has EASILY 5+holes in the shirt. I've tried to hand mend the shirts and I can't even keep up with new random holes. I hand wash the newer ones hoping for a different result and nothing. I don't understand why it seems like they print these designs on disintegrating shirts when it would be a fantastic product if they just chose something better quality.

I order a tank top the size was too large , contacted nature backs and they sent a return label . I sent the package back from post office on July 2,2024. Sent picture of post office receipt , still being jerked around with no tank top. Not very happy

Dye Transfer and Unanswered Emails
Love their designs and the comfortable nature of their shirts. However, a large amount of the dye from one of the shirts bled onto my pack via sweating/friction of a Louisiana summer’s day on the trail. I don't expect garments to survive war, but surely didn't expect a third of the dye to come of the back after one hike (that hike being 4.5ish miles). Sent an email to request advice/compensation/replacement of the tshirt and got no response. Its a real shame. Thought I found a really rad small business with beautiful designs to back them.
Good shirts, Slow processing
I really like the t-shirts I’ve ordered before and I recently ordered again. Biggest downside is the long wait time to get the product shipped. The status stays as “Almost Ready” for weeks on both orders.

It's a scam
Their site clearly states it takes 10-12 days to recieve international orders. I'm only in Canada-literally their neighbor. It's been 17 days and my order hasn't even been shipped yet. I've attempted to contact them 3 times without any responses regarding the status of my order. Customer service is absolute trash-pretty sure this is a scam company. The link they sent for "tracking" leads to nothing.
international shipping is not reassuring
I still have not received my order since February 8, 2024. They sent me an order confirmation with a tracking link which was false, already this sowed doubt then I sent an email and they put days to respond. they shouldn't guarantee international delivery if that doesn't work. according to tracking, my order left the USA then arrived in the Netherlands, 1 week later they tell me again that my order left the USA and came to the Netherlands. Well, it's really confusing. The staff who respond to emails have no exact information to give. so we pay but we receive nothing and this seems to be a normal situation for Nature backs. Its not serious.
Nature Backs long sleeved shirt
My long sleeved shirts arrived today…I took a bit of a gamble on size as I’m in the uk and knew I wouldn’t be able to return but actually the sizing is perfect! Im a size 8 and went for small and couldn’t be happier ☺️ Quality is really good too

Never received my order
I ordered several shirts from them over a month ago and they still haven't shipped. Standard automated responses when you try to contact them. Also received an email to review my products I haven't received and obviously bad reviews don't go up on the website. Going to try and see how their refund process goes but don't expect much luck

Placed an order on11/29 and carrier STILL hasnt received the package and now NatureBacks is using the excuse of "Oh we emailed you that we were out if stock on this shirt" when I dug through my emails from 11/29 until now there was no communication between me and Naturebacks or any representative, only a questionaire asking me to review the shirts I purchased, nothing related to "We are out of stock" This place is terrible, from packaging to shipping to posting on social media non-stop. Get your social media guy and the guy behind the camera working on packaging because this sh!t show is ridiculous. First and last time I will ever support this circus.

Only automated responses! I have emailed several times, as I ordered shirts (several) on Nov. 26th--and all I get is the perfunctory "please be patient your order is moving through fulfillment"--like a snail in molasses! It's now 20 days from when I ordered, with no end in sight. I did see that it's got a shipping tag...but that's all. No one reaches out, or actually answers your email. That being said-- note to future self: order from a more reputable company that you can actually speak to someone about shipping and or order...

12/29 received order on the 23rd of December— only took about a month to get my order and NO one has ever reached out to me from Nature backs—so don’t expect an answer to your questions just sit back and (by all means don’t hold your breath) 😳— it will eventually arrive

Shirts came quickly, but the design is already coming off after one wash and I did the recommended flipping the shirt inside out and using cold water.

Poor quality products
Unfortunately did not read reviews prior to ordering. Got three T-shirts and within three months the design had peeled off one and the other two have holes. Wrote to customer service and got a very generic “not our problem” response. Will not be ordering again, poor quality product which is very counter to their supposed ideals, as opposed to being green and eco friendly they are adding to landfill.

Disappointing Experience with Nature Backs
My recent experience with Nature Backs has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order for shirts on June 27th, and it's now been over two months with no delivery in sight or any reasonable communication from Nature Backs. The lack of communication and resolution from Nature Backs has been frustrating.
Despite reaching out for updates on my order, the responses I received were unclear and conflicting. It was suggested that my package had arrived in Germany, but the tracking information didn't match up.
Due to the prolonged delay and lack of communication, I requested a full refund on July 31st (mind you, that was over one month after the order), and reiterated this request on August 10th. Shockingly, I have yet to receive my refund even after expressing my intention to initiate a refund process through my financial institution.
This ordeal highlights Nature Backs' poor customer service and failure to address my concerns. Despite my calls for a refund and order cancellation, I haven't received any money back or substantial assistance from them.
I believe in fair and transparent customer service, and my experience with Nature Backs has been far from that.

Too slow
In 2023, a week+ just for fulfillment (not even shipping) is too slow. The customer experience would be less misleading if they changed the automated email that says your order is “on the way” when the label is printed, because it hasn’t actually been shipped and as comments below describe, your order sits in the same place.
UPDATE: 19 days from ordered to delivery, I still stand by my original opinion that it’s just too slow. Spend the extra money to expedite shipping for your customers. Packaging left a lot to be desired.
HOWEVER. Rating improved because I like the quality. Material is soft, designs are vivid, sizing is right and fits like a dream. We’ll see how it holds up!

Incorrect order/customer service is a joke
I placed an order for 3 large tshirts. What i received was 2 large and 1 medium. Trying to talk to customer service is useless. They either have a generic auto reply or they pretty much reword the auto reply. I just wanted what i ordered and paid for. Is that really that hard? I know understand that i should have read these 1 star reviews about their customer service. Thanks Nature Backs. I guess i will just gift the Medium shirt because trying to get my correct order is like pulling teeth with Nature Backs.... not meaning to be rude, just trying to get what i paid for.

I love ordering from Nature Backs! The shirts (and sweatshirts) are so comfortable, and they still look great after you’ve worn them a hundred times. Each shirt also comes with stickers and a flip trip, so they are definitely worth the cost.
