I have been buying from this company for a few years and I’ve never been as disappointed as I am now. I ordered a bundle of shirts, over $100 which is the most I’ve ever spent with Nature Backs. The order was placed on 5/7, a Saturday, so like their website said I expected it to be updated Monday or Tuesday. The next Wednesday (5/11) they created a shipping label. Well, since then, USPS hasn’t received the package. Here’s the kicker…When I reached out to Nature Backs about when they would ship my items they CLAIMED TO HAVE IN STOCK, they claimed to have issues with their supplier and they were waiting to receive merchandise to send out orders. I did not opt to do a pre-order, and saying you have ready-to-ship items that you don’t have is false advertising. I told the company I was a little disappointed because the whole point of me ordering shirts that were in stock was to receive them faster but that I was glad they gave me somewhat of a timeframe. Their response? “Thank you for the support.” Save your money!!! Terrible customer service and reading their replies on BBB they are rude as well.
And I believe all the reviews below 5 stars are fake to get the rating back to 3 stars.

Ridiculously long shipping time.
Ordered three items nearly a month ago it got “shipped” the day after order and has since just sat in two places. Unable to contact shipping company and Nature Backs just say “it’s in transit”

I am very much so not happy. I saw the nature backs daybreak (organic) long sleeve Forrest green shirt originally on their Instagram And instantly fell in love as I love that dark green color and instantly ordered it. The first shirt I received was a black daybreak from them and so I contacted them and they sent me a new one. When I received the new one it was a great disappointment as it was a light green blue color which matched their regular Forrest green daybreak color not the (organic) color which was that dark green color so I contacted them once again and sent photos but they told me that it was the correct one, a daybreak Forrest green. They never mentioned ORGANIC, even though I included multiple screen shots of my order confirmation and a picture of the shirt online next to it which showed no closeness in color. I’ve never had problems with them in the past which I’ve ordered from them for the past year and loved it until now which it has been absolutely crap as they took three days to get back to me the second time probably knowing they screwed up again but being unwilling to admit it. It’s nice knowing that when your in love with a color they try to cheat you out if it and sell you other crap that isn’t even close to what the photo looks like… oh yeah that is called false advertisement.

Ordered a few items, paid for them but never received anything. Helpline said they couldn't help me, so my money is lost and I don't have the clothes... Wouldn't recommend

Very disappointed, they have a range of really cool t-shirt designs as though they would appear on the front of the tshirt. However when they arrived the design pattern is on the back which isn't clearly shown on their website. I don't know any other company that would use a thumbnail of the back of the tshirt to promote the designs. Very disappointed with them

At first I thought they were a cool company with cute t-shirt designs but then I made a purchase...
I paid extra for faster delivery and got my order in before their website's "arrive by Christmas" deadline, yet my order didn't arrive until January 8th.
When it did arrive, it was too small. The website clearly states "Free 30 day returns and exchanges. Purchase with peace of mind. If it doesn't fit right or if you just have second thoughts, we got you!" However, when I asked for an exchange I was told they don't do international refunds, returns or exchanges, which was very confusing given the above statement.
Fast forward to me emailing the customer service team several times and I was met with a rude representative and a point blank refusal to change the item for the correct size, with no chance of seeing my money again.

Had they clearly stated they don't do international returns, I wouldn't have ordered.

Very disappointed. Don't waste your money.

Slow delivery but fantastic quality products, great fitting t-shirts and jumpers with unique designs. Shame about the slow delivery times (to the UK)

Das 1. mal da bestellt, da war noch alles gut. Dann das 2. mal bestellt, für 50 Euro. Es ist nichts angekommen. Ich habe versucht Kontakt aufzunehmen, das hat nicht funktioniert. Dann bekomme ich auf einmal eine Email, dass es angekommen sei, ist es aber nicht. Ich bin richtig sauer. Bestellt da nicht!!!! Das ist echt ein drecksshop.

Terrible company.

I waited well over a month without hearing anything about this order besides the confirmation email. When I looked to track it, it hadn't even been shipped! It was still in the US. So I asked for a refund and got absolutely no where. I'm £21 down and looks like I won't be getting it back any time soon.

Don't waste your time or money with this company - complete and utter scam.

Both were terrible material and both were see through to the point where i could not wear them without having a nipple or a tattoo showing through. The sizing is way too big and not figure hugging at all.I contacted them via this help he parcel and requested the refund straight away. Great customer service, thank you !!Do not waste your money!!!.do not buy from there

Utter disappointment.
I placed an order over 3 weeks ago and it hasn't even SHIPPED (yes, not delivered). All it says is a shipping label has been produced and that's it. This sadness just seems to carry over to their customer service since they take days to reply. Never buy anything from this company - designs are ok, but not worth it if I never even received the product.

First time on this website and very disappointed with the service received. I chose the $25 fast delivery when usually it would have been free to receive it in 1-2 days as mentioned on the website. After 14 days I haven't received it yet… Customer service takes 3 days to respond and won't refund me the $25 shipping… Don’t buy with this company!

Worst company ever! Never received my clothes and they are not refunding my money. Don't buy anything from Nature Backs. They are scammers!
