The Birds will love you for it...
Our tits and robins have been a little snooty with our previous garden centre supplier. The Premium Insect Suet Blocks are absolutely the best and have them jockeying for position in the queue.
Made mostly from insect stuff - they are perfect, and don't melt or disintegrate.
Get some when they're back in stock!!

Excellent service
Bought some jerry cans of salmon oil, when package arrived one of the cans had leaked quite badly, I contacted customer services who asked me to send an email & attach photos of damaged item. They were very efficient & dealt with my issue very quickly & within 2 days they sent me a replacement can. Excellent customer service, will recommend to family & friends

Turtle really doesn’t like it
Turtle hates it. I thought this was a different mix to ones I had already tried, however when it arrived - it was the same “Reptile World” brand I had already tried, that my turtle dislikes. Wasted purchase

To be honest you did not have the product I ordered.I am giving 5 stars because of previous orders.This order was notable for notifying me early the product was not in stock and then informing me the cost was refunded into my account.Communication very good.Thankyou

Damaged by courier
Had an issue with the box being damaged during transit.
Emailed by the supplier who apologised and othered to send replacements. Contents not damaged, still in good order so not a big issue.

I've ordered twice from Natures Grub
I've ordered twice from Natures Grub, the second time because our hens loved the poultry fruit and treat mix so much! My only grouch is that the larger bags of the treat mix were sold out so I had to make do with smaller tubs.
I shall definitely buy the larger sack next time.
