Gave me wrong free strain didn’t care for it I called and a girl goes well your supposed to come in well that’s not what your website says so I feel that’s not good advertising something could have been done for inconvenience because free or not I still had to make a purchase
They really should improve their customer service with certain staff and fix their website other then that the strains were good nice nugget size bagged well delivered perfectly I loved the bud tender and driver great communication on their end tried a few different strains
Love the delivery option not being so expensive

Too good to be true
Prices were good but when I asked about dates I was given the test date rather than harvest date and it was a 3 month difference! This was the only shop I actually trusted but now I'm 99% certain that all dispensaries are full of sh!t. They prey on uneducated consumers. If you don't ask the right questions they certainly won't volunteer information that could impact the sale. I also took a 1st time customer/referral with me but she didn't receive any 1st time customer gifts and I didn't receive any credits or points for referring her. I dealt with Wally too, which told me he's the owner, so if he's not transparent it's probably safe to assume the entire staff does the same. I knew what was going on as he acted like he was giving us a super deal but I didn't make a fuss. I'm pretty good at biting my tongue and letting salespeople dig themselves a hole. There's still many shops I haven't been to yet, if I can find 1 thats truly honest I'll be a customer for life. I really liked this shop too. Lesson - you always get what you pay for....if it sounds too good to be true, IT IS.
