The belt definitely provides relief. I use it while I do my household chores or running errands out and about, it helps reduce my lower back pain that I usually experience after being active.

Absolute Chinese scam

Absolute Chinese scam, like all the reviews say.
They sent me junk product that breaks instantly, then require me to buy it again in order to get a replacement for warranty instead of sending me a warranty replacement. They changed name from Hugterra to Naurify, and they apparently do this to dodge warranty and refunds, and use your credit card.
Absolutely illegal business. Do not buy.

Do not buy from this company. They are scamers and lie over and over. They say orders are on the way, yeah right. They ask for details for the items to be resent this never happens.

DO NOT order from this company

DO NOT order from this company! They are a scam! I ordered a neck massager with a 60 day $ back guarantee and they responded before I placed the order concerning a $10 coupon. BUT I have emailed multiplle times since last Friday as I need to return it as per their guarantee and NO response!! I placed the order through the you Tube video about this massager and went to that website also which is hugterra.com, but they keep telling me the order is not with them. They said this is a copycat product of much worse quality. So I am stuck with this massager that I am unable to use. Naurify, if you are legit, please respond to my emails! Prove that you are not a scam!

I am very disappointed with this…

I am very disappointed with this company. I placed an order based on the advertisement, which indicated that they are based in the United States. However, I later discovered that the medication was shipped from China. If I had known this initially, I would not have placed the order. When the package arrived, I examined the contents and found that they differed significantly from what was advertised, including discrepancies in the product image on the bottle.

I contacted the company via email to request a refund, as I am concerned about using a supplement that lacks proper registration, company information, or a physical address. The representatives, Luke and Lauren, who claimed to be managers, stated that they had closed their US office due to certain issues but are now shipping from China. They also claimed the product was from the US, which is not true, and there is no China address or healthcare registration number on the bottle.

I requested a refund because I cannot allow my children to take this product without proper health care registrations or evidence that it has been tested for safety. Unfortunately, the company refused to issue a refund or accept the product back. All my email communications received automated responses, with signatures claiming the names Luke and Lauren.

Please be cautious and avoid purchasing this supplement for children, as it appears to lack appropriate approval and transparent company information, making it potentially unsafe. I advise against using Trynourify or similar products, as they may pose health risks.

This company is a big Time…

This company is a big Time scammer!!!!!!! I didn’t realized it’s coming from China !!!! As soon as I knew it was coming from China, I have been trying to cancel my order and they lied and said it has been shipped!!!! I never wanted sketchy company product !!! They will not refund my money back!!!!! This is fraud and scammer !!!! Pls do not purchase from this company. It said it was made in Ireland , Dublin and but it’s made in CHINA!!!! This is fraud!!!!

I placed an order months ago and the package has still not arrived. I just received a notification recently that the delivery information was incomplete, which I checked and that is incorrect. I requested a full refund. The company insists that I place another order before they will provide a refund, which I will not since I do not know whether I will ever receive my package. I do not believe that this is ethical business practice, and now do not trust this company.

Scam?

They offered me discount codes that wouldn't work and didn't answer my questions. As I investigated between replies, I identified that the images on this site and others matched (in an AI kinda way) and I looked up older things on youtube and generally just tried to figure out if this was the legit site or if Hugterra was and Hugterra was quickly revealed as a scam by Trustpilot and the fact they kept changing the name and image of their founder. But the red flags also appear on Naurify's site and my experience was too sketchy to continue. I really could use a miracle cure for my neck, but this seems to be the new version of the retiring leather artisan scam.

Absolutely a scam company!!!!

Absolutely a scam company!!!!! I ordered product and finally got shipping confirmation and it was sent from China! Tracked it to California and then it says “package received after cutoff”. Called the tacking company called 17 track and they said they have no package under that shipping number and do not accept shipments from China.
Total scam! Do not buy!
