We had an absolutely brilliant experience with Nautica in Ibiza. From the moment we booked through to the end of the day, everything was incredibly easy and well organised.

The team were fantastic from the moment we arrived. Friendly, welcoming and genuinely attentive without ever being over the top. They made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal, and it felt much more like spending the day on the water with friends than simply hiring a boat and crew.

Ibiza is an amazing place, but seeing it from the water gives you a completely different appreciation for the island. The whole day exceeded our expectations and was easily one of the highlights of our time there.

A huge thank you to the Nautica team for looking after us so well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be booking with them again next time we're in Ibiza.

I had a chance to go for the Mallorca sailing with Nautica Collective and all i have is just positive experience! The services was extraordinary, the food was excellent (best beside my mom’s😉) thanks to James and the organizers were thoughtful and very proactive. The cabin rooms on the yacth were clean and very comfortable. I can just only recommend it!

We’ve been planning the trip for my partners 40th birthday and Stella and the team have been amazing. I saw the itinerary online and we wanted a few special changes and she’s been amazing at advising us. I love the fact she’s a trained captain so knows the seas well and has been able to tell us what to do and what not to do.

If the service so far is anything to go by I’m really excited at what comes on the trip. Can’t wait to go next year.

We booked a private sail with Nautica in Ibiza with my partner and a couple of friends, and from start to finish it was one of the best experiences we've had on the island. The booking process was so easy and seamless - no back and forth, no hassle, just a smooth start to the day.

Ibiza is genuinely my favourite place on earth, and when we arrived at the boat the Nautica team made us feel so welcome straight away. They were warm, accommodating, and clearly just as in love with Ibiza as we are - you could feel it in the way they talked about the island, which made the whole day feel really personal rather than just another charter.

Having been coming to Ibiza for years now, it's rare and honestly pretty special to meet a team who match that same energy and appreciation for the place. It didn't feel like we'd just hired a boat and crew - the Nautica team felt like an extension of our own group for the day. Can't recommend them enough, and we'll absolutely be booking again next time we're back.

We did a private sail with Nautica Collective in July and honestly had the best time. The boats were gorgeous, the staff were amazing and having our own private chef onboard made the whole experience feel really special. The food was incredible throughout!

Everything was so well organised but still felt really relaxed, which was exactly what we wanted. Such a great way to spend a few days away with friends.

We loved it so much we’re already looking at booking Greece with them next year!

Morgan was an incredible chef — the food was absolutely delicious and made the experience feel even more special. Tiff was also a brilliant host: warm, welcoming, attentive and made sure everyone was having the best possible time.

The combination of beautiful Mallorca scenery, great food, a relaxed atmosphere and such a lovely team made it an experience we’ll definitely remember.

Beautiful sailing experience, but the service needs improvement

The actual experience of being on the catamaran and sailing around Mallorca was superb, and there is absolutely nothing I would take away from that part of the experience. The boat itself and the sailing were fantastic.

However, there were several aspects of the overall experience that I feel could be significantly improved.

Firstly, there was a three-hour delay before we were able to board, which meant sitting in the heat waiting around for a considerable amount of time.

Once on board, we were essentially left for three days with our host, without anyone from Nautica checking in with us to see how things were going or whether we needed anything. At one point, we even had to ask for the bins on board to be emptied.

We only had a skipper and a chef, and I felt that the chef particularly needed an extra pair of hands. There seemed to be a lot of pressure on the small team, which impacted the overall level of service.

There was also very little personal interaction from Nautica. There wasn’t really an introduction when they came on board — no “Hello everyone, welcome to Nautica” or checking in with the group about how we were finding the experience. They mainly communicated with our host rather than with the guests themselves.

At the end of the trip, we were allowed to disembark without anyone coming back in to say goodbye or even simply wishing us a safe journey or asking if we’d enjoyed our time. For what is meant to be a premium experience, I think those small touches make a big difference.

So, in summary, the sailing itself was excellent and Mallorca was beautiful, but the organisation, communication and level of guest service did not match the quality of the experience we were expecting. With better communication, more staff support and a little more attention to the guests, I think this could be a truly outstanding experience.

Nautica, specifically Tiff, planned an amazing experience for my group! Every detail was perfectly curated. It was a week of unimaginable rest and relaxation! Some of the best money I’ve ever spent!

Tiff and James made our trip absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. From the moment we stepped onto the boat and were greeted with drinks, smiles, music, and a tour, we immediately felt welcomed and taken care of.

Tiffany was incredible. She somehow knew exactly what we needed before we even realized we needed it. We were drinking beer and using limes all day, and somehow, just when we were getting down to our last few beers that night, we woke up to a whole new supply in the morning. 😂 It was those little details that made the experience so special.

She was constantly taking care of the little things without ever making it feel like a job. Towels were always ready, and when we’d get off the boat or move to another part of the boat, she’d organize our things so everything was easy to find when we came back. She knew when to bring the energy up and get everyone laughing and having fun, but she also knew when we needed some downtime. She kept the vibes high while still being incredibly caring and attentive, checking in with every single person throughout the trip.

And it wasn’t just the things she did—it was how personal she made everything feel. She and James went out of their way to create special moments specifically for our group. They put together the most beautiful candlelit dinner, making a large group feel like we were having this intimate, special evening together. And then, for our last night, they somehow found a disco ball and put it up for us so we could have our own little dance party. Those are the kinds of details you don’t forget.

They added little touches and thoughtful notes throughout the trip, and they took the time to actually talk to us on a personal level, especially when we happened to be alone with them. They genuinely got to know us. They weren’t just checking boxes—they were checking in on us.

James was just as amazing. His food was FANTASTIC — honestly, we were blown away by the meals. He also made different cocktails, brought out snacks, and did everything with a smile. Neither of them ever made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Even something as simple as going to the fridge for water would result in, “Let me get that for you.” They were constantly anticipating what we might need and taking care of it before we even had to ask.

That meant more to me than they probably realize. I work in a high-stress job where I’m constantly taking care of other people, so being able to completely switch gears and be in a place where someone else was taking care of me was phenomenal. I didn’t have to think about anything. I could just relax, laugh, enjoy the boat, and be present with the people I was traveling with.

Tiff and James weren’t just fantastic hosts—they created an experience that felt effortless, fun, welcoming, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. They brought the energy when we needed it, gave us space when we needed that, and somehow managed to make every person in our group feel seen.

I truly cannot say enough good things about them. They made an already incredible trip unforgettable, and I would absolutely love to sail with them again. 💙⛵️✨

The people at Nautica start as strangers and end as family. By the first hour they knew our names, our drink orders, and where we were from. They were down to hang with us but maintained professionalism. I’m extremely grateful for the week I spent with their team. I cannot recommend sailing with them more (note this trip was in partnership with Out Front Tours)

Morgan is an excellent chef. She took great care in preparation of each meal with stunning table decorations. I took pictures of many of the meals to show family and friends. Stephanos our skipper was very knowledgeable about the waters, boats and safety. He took us to some beautiful places. He is so kind.
The rooms were comfortable with more storage than I expected. I did enjoy having a private bathroom.
I felt like I was a queen.

I absolutely loved this tour. The captain and chef were great and made us feel well-looked after.
The only negative feedback I have concerns safety. There was no mention of life jackets (personal flotation devices) until I asked about them, and when I asked I was told they were in our cabins (which they weren't). While I never felt unsafe, if the weather turned stormy and/or something had happened we would not have had PFDs readily available to us.

Our experience with Lucy and Nautica Collective was truly unforgettable and exceeded every expectation. From the beginning, everything was thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy the magic of sailing the Greek islands with our family.
The catamaran itself was amazing… spotlessly clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were, and there was plenty of room for our group to spread out and relax. The swim stops were beautiful and so much fun, and each island had its own unique character and charm to explore.
The pistachio tour in Aegina was over the top, Poros was a blast on ATVs, and stargazing in Dokos was something we'll never forget. Hydra stole our hearts with its donkeys, rich local culture, and timeless beauty. Every stop brought a new adventure.
And then there was our captain... Umberto...the cherry on top. His knowledge, calm expertise, and incredible skill navigating the tight harbor spaces made us feel completely at ease. He shared his favorite restaurants, what to order, and hidden gems that made the trip even more special. It felt like traveling with a friend who truly wanted us to experience the very best of Greece.
Perhaps the greatest gift of all was the memories made with three generations of our family. There is something truly special about sharing meals, sunsets, laughter, and adventures together in such a beautiful part of the world. These are memories we will treasure forever.
We miss it already and are already dreaming of coming back. Thank you, Lucy, Umberto, and Nautica Collective for creating an experience that was far beyond a vacation—it was a gift to our family. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

I loved my time on the yacht: everything was beautiful, considered, and every detail was taken care of. Our host, chef, and skipper were all incredible. The food was divine and utterly beautiful to look at. Our skipper was knowledgeable and skilled, and we always felt completely safe and taken care of. The yacht itself was perfect luxury.

Sailing in Greece with Nautica was unforgettable. The crew was warm and made everything feel personal. Days were a perfect mix of sailing, swimming in hidden bays, and exploring charming islands. The food was fresh and delicious, and evenings on deck under the stars were magical. It was the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation — I’d do it again in a heartbeat!

I've never stayed overnight on a catamaran before and it was truly incredible. A floating 5star hotel! Everything that we needed was on board and the service was amazing. From being welcomed aboard with a glass of bubbles to watching sunset with a chilled rosé, everything was thought of. We even celebrated one of the other guest's birthdays while we were on there - they had cake and candles arranged!

Discovering new places around the island was truly magical. The skipper knew the best places to go to avoid and wind or rocky seas - the whole experience was pure luxury!

I've just returned from the most incredible holiday with Nautica Collective and i honestly cant recommend the experience enough. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The yacht itself was stunning - every detail felt luxurious, and it was the perfect balance of comfort and elegance.

The food and drinks on board were excellent, one of my favourite moments was enjoying dinner at sunset. The views, atmosphere and the cuisine came together to create something truly unforgettable. Waking up in the morning to the most amazing scenery was equally just as magical and the swim stops were insane.

The crew deserve a special mention as well, they were so friendly, attentive and welcoming, making the whole experience feel even more relaxed and enjoyable.

I have done a lot of trips in my life, both solo and with companies. This was so organised and clear, it was nice to know it was all handled and just super smooth.

Then of course, the experience itself was gold! Perfect mix of seeing beautiful places with the yacht, swimming, dinners and time to relax and enjoy with great people. It feels very premium yet relaxed and personal, which is kinda cool mix and what i was hoping for.

never felt like we were at some touristy hot spots where it was just chaos and overcrowded. felt like they really knew exactly where and when to go to get the best experience.

Such an incredible experience with Nautica Collective! The boat was stunning, really comfortable, and felt surprisingly spacious. Food and drinks were excellent, and the crew couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. The highlight for me was waking up, jumping straight into the clearest water I’ve ever seen, and ending the day watching the sunset from the deck. Honestly one of the best trips I’ve ever done, can’t wait to go again.. thank you Nautica team.
