Don't go with NAV unless you're fully informed and they are able to definitely help you. I have no idea how I got listed on their site, but they would NOT allow me to close it! You are forced to speak to their representatives M-F during specific times, and they will try to talk you into keeping it. If you try to delete online their "agent Bot" will kick you out and delete conversation!!

After I spent a small fortune on a Tesla type screen for my Landcruiser and multiple issues and absolutely no support I swore never again. I decided after searching and reviewing Nova nav id give it ago it was half the price and didn’t believe there was much risk it was super easy plug and play we accidentally hit factory reset and simple got online chat and they walked us through with patients and fixed it asap. The system I got was for our other car a jeep grand overland it’s works and uses all the original functions and more. I can’t fault the system and the aftermarket help. If you’re after a well priced easy plug and play this is a great little unit. More importantly the online quick assistance is second to none.

Joe helped me deactivate my old business account that I made before getting company email addresses and company cell phones. Once that account was deactivated I opened a new account using the company information. I also upgraded my plan so I can truly monitor how our company credit looks so it will help me understand what types of loans we can or should use. Joe's customer service skills made this an excellent experience for me because it was very efficient with my time! After all, time is money when you own a business.

I called to learnt abt business credit. The experience was tremendous and knowledgeable. Thx u all.

To be honest, using this service was extremely disappointing. After signing up, the charge card/and checking account was discontinued and everyone was placed on a wait list for a secondary charge card which was supposed to be rolled out, but never was. I also didn’t like how you could not view all of the information relative to your credit through the NAV mobile app or online. One example relating to lack of information is, I found out that my business was being reported as having 3 locations to Experian but this was only after checking my business credit profile through Experian. When I reported this to NAV they of course, projected the reported issue and made it seem as though I wasn’t looking in the right place on their website. Additionally, I was paying almost $60 a month and couldn’t see who was inquiring about my credit profile which was concerning because for several months, a financial company was inquiring about my credit profile. When I asked customer service about I was told that “no one can actually see who is pulling your credit or inquiring about your credit which is why it was showing up as financial services”. This was not a sufficient enough answer and I thought based on what I paid for that I should have gotten more since they advertised that it was a “one stop shop”. Upon me closing my account and the tradeline, I received an alert that my score had dropped 34 points! To be clear, business credit is ranked on a scale of 100 so for it to drop this much, was asinine, not to mention this was not told me upfront. To make matters worse, they continue to send me notifications with limited information using their “ranking system” which actually doesn’t align with other algorithms and scoring scales used by the credit bureaus. If I would have known that closing 1 tradeline would have caused my credit score to drop this much, I would have never signed up for NAV as it was a complete waste of my time.

I’ve had an outstanding experience with Nav. The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and provides valuable insights into both personal and business credit. One of the biggest advantages is being able to monitor business credit profiles, discover financing opportunities, and track progress all in one place.

I also appreciate how Nav makes it easier to understand what lenders look for and provides practical recommendations to help strengthen your business profile. The educational resources, funding marketplace, and credit monitoring tools have been extremely helpful as I’ve continued to grow my business.

I received the Nav Prime Card and decided to use $25 to just begin the credit building process. I set up repayment with my business card connected to the same account as my membership. I keep getting the same results. Payment goes thru successfully,but the next day it says it failed. Used several payment methods to get the same results. (DON'T GET THE CARD)
