The best tech company around. I believe it’s a small business but with that comes more personal care and touch. I sent my phone in over the bank holiday weekend not really realising that they didn’t work weekends in general. However despite that , they have already paid out the money same day on the weekend when they should be off!

Was on the lookout for a new Pixel 10 Pro as an upgrade and when I stumbled upon one from N.B Tech for a very fair price it almost seemed too good to be true! My questions were answered very swiftly, the phone was sent out almost immediately after purchase and arrived very quickly. Received a message as a check-up after a few weeks. I’ve been buying from NB tech for a few years most recently for my son who needed a replacement asap. Not only did they respond out of hours they also allowed pick up so my son could get up and running ASAP. The cherry on the cake was that they provided a refund for the postage. That’s over and above on customer service - great job - I’ll be back !
