Every year I sell my old phone and every year I have had difficulties with phone/tech purchasing companies who promise a (high) price and then all tell lies about invented damage and so on.

Sent my iphone 17 pro to them - it came out of the box and straight into a case with a screen protector. Was anticipating the usual rubbish about how there are 'scratches' or 'chips' or the same stuff that is always said, but they confirmed receipt and then paid me 3 hours later. They had offered top price also.
