I have traded phones using several companies. Never have I had such great communication, prompt and helpful replies, fast phone reviews and super quick payment.
NB tech would be my trade in choice every time.

My phone suddenly stopped working, so I called Nathan, who had originally sold it to me. I explained that I had already tried all the usual fixes and had even been to my phone provider, but they couldn’t resolve the issue.
Without hesitation, Nathan told me to pop over and he would take a look which I did. Nathan couldn’t have been more helpful he provided me with a brand new phone, along with a case and screen protector, which was amazing customer service.
When I got home that evening to set it up, I ran into a problem with the password. I messaged Nathan, and even at 10pm he took the time to help me. He spent over an hour patiently working through the issue until everything was up and running.
I honestly can’t thank Nathan enough. He went above and beyond to help me, showing incredible professionalism, patience, and genuine care for his customers.

I sold two brand new iPhone 17 Pro phones to NB TECH and the whole process was very smooth. Communication with Nathan on WhatsApp was great from the start, and he kept me updated throughout. They only asked for my ID and proof of purchase for the phones, which was straightforward. Once I sent over the receipts, everything moved quickly. I posted the phones using Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm, and after they received them, my payment was processed within an hour.
They also refunded my Royal Mail postage cost, which was a nice touch..Overall, I'm really happy with the service fast, professional, and hassle free. I'd definitely use NB TECH again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them..

Absolutely brilliant first time experience with N.B Tech. I had a Iphone 17 Max Pro to sell and I looked at a few websites to sell me phone. However after reading their reviews I was very dubious of scam companies that were not what they seemed.

I dont often leave reviews only unless my expectations been met, but this company deserves an honest and good review, excellent communication that goes above and beyond normal sellers.
You can definitely tell this is a passion not just a job.
