From the moment I visited the ND showroom to the time the tank was delivered the process was seamless. Everything with the options available was explained in detail with no sales pressure at all so I could make my own mind up as to what I wanted and needed, nothing was too much trouble. Delivery driver helped to site the tank too! Excellent company to deal with and a great product!

I complete forgot to write a review, nd made my tank last year in June. We’re super quick on it came and done the onsite build and it’s still going strong to this day no issues! Will always use nd for my tanks👌👌

i live in Lincolnshire so the ND Aquatic's were quite a distance but i am so pleased i used them and would gladly recommend them to anybody Thankyou Andrew and Dom

I wanted a custom built corner tank with 3 sided front.
I first called 1 custom tank company and they said they were not interested.
But they did refer me to ND aquatics.
It was a pleasure dealing with Andrew.
Unfortunately construction was not as easy as originally thought and took a
While. Also as I live in guernsey shipping and carriage also had to be taken into the equation.
I have never minded waiting for things in life, and the tank when It arrived was
Worth the wait. The craftsmanship was of the highest quality and the tank was stunning.
Andrew as a marine man himself was also very happy to give me advice on
Setup etc.

I’ve been looking at a bigger tank for months and always held off on buying one as I couldn’t find what I wanted.. until I came across ND aquatics and everything fell into place nicely! Andrew couldn’t have been any better in terms of what I was wanting and what was available! The tank and cabinet came within a couple weeks and the tank couldn’t look any nicer! If anyone is after a custom tank then definitely look no further these guys are top quality and the after sales cars is outstanding! Cannot fault them one bit!

You have looked at the rest !!! now buy form the best andrew and the guys at nd aquatics ❤️ I ordered two 36x24x18 all glass aquariums and from start to delivery i was 1000% happy I am a fussy customer and after close inspection i can normally find something not to be happy I couldn't find anything to be unhappy with everything was top notch attention to detail was out for this world 👍 I am so pleased I will go straight back to nd aquatics for aquarium no 3 wonce again thank you two andrew and all the guys at nd aquatics ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ last but not least wish a could give them more than five stars 💖

Communication was bang on, was worried about it being shipped third party and it arriving damaged but when he told me on the phone it would be packed like Fort Knox he wasn’t joking. Exactly what I asked for and delivered before it was due to. Thank you ND Aquatics

Second marine setup I've had from nd and over all quality and price you will not beat !! Nothing to much trouble the guys are tougher with your order making sure it exactly what your needs are and forfilled we are lucky to have aquarium builders left in the hobby like these guy hats off to them my go to for any future projects thanks Antony

What a great experience with nd aquatics ordered my first custom build fish tank from them and it looks amazing when ordering the tank i was a little nervous and the tank was going to cost me a lot of money but they was very helpful and answered all my questions I asked how long roughly would it take and was told around 8 weeks but i got a phone call just 2 weeks later saying my tank was ready I ordered a 72" long 24" wide and 30" high with opit white glass front and sides and the cabinet was called luxe and was finished in matt grafite and when it turned up WOW it look amazing worth every penny the build quality was to a top spec so would i recommend nd aquatics yes I would 100% and if i ever get another tank built these will be the first place I go to so thank nd aquatics for all the work u have done to make this a great experience

Just received my custom built 5 foot aquarium, cabinet and hood from ND Aquatics - I have to say, that in my experience - as a life long aquatic hobbyist, with 35 years in the aquatic trade and 3 years as a Keeper at London Zoo Aquarium - this is by far, the best quality aquarium that I have ever seen - the craftsmanship in the tank, hood and cabinet cannot be faulted - 100% perfect build, all joins mitred and no butt joins - absolutely amazing quality, and very solid - ND Aquatics, catered perfectly to my wants and needs - even recommending a specialist courier firm to deliver the tank, hood and cabinet who were perfect - can't recommend this firm enough for consultation, build quality and delivery - ND Aquatics, simply the best - Andrew, will forefill your needs - tell him that Peter sent you, with a very strong recommendation - Peter Anderson, 35 Years Trade and Zoo Experience - many thanks... 👍 x

Really high quality custom built tanks kept me well informed throughout the process and delivered within the promised timeframe

I needed a glass lid for a rimless aquarium due to evaporation and had an idea what i wanted. I spoke to these guys and they came up with something much better and corrected my measurements, as I hadn't allowed for the clips. It's now fitted and fits perfectly without their advice and knowledge I would have a lid that wouldn't fit. I had a look around their showroom when I was there and will buy my next aquarium from them , they are far better quality and a better price to the one I bought elsewhere.

Just received my 72x24x24 from ND, not too many words but wow amazing. Workmanship 100%.

I've taken delivery today of my new tank - a 6ft X 30 inches x 24 inches beast with steel powder coated stand, sump and top-up tank.

It's my 2nd purchase from ND in 10 years and was the only company I considered for my new marine setup in my lounge.

Their service and quality is faultless and I highly recommend ND.

Nd aquatics came to my house to build a 7 foot tank that had to be assembled onsite. The finished tank is beautiful. Dom was meticulous with every step of the way and I very confident that I now have a high end product. I highly recommend nd aquatics and I would use them again without hesitation.

PLEASE AVOID! - My experience with Nd Aquatics was probably the worst experience I have ever encountered with any retailer in my 40 years.... Please excuse my long post however it's imperative that you take the time to read my experience so that you can void the awful experience that i encountered too.

Initially i drive 2 hours to the retailer to discuss my requirements. Everything in the discussion was clear and they guaranteed that they would have my order completed by the date that i requested.

I ordered a 6 ft aquarium but i wanted my hood and cabinet to be in solid pine wood. This cost an extra £550 on top of the price of the aquarium being £1617. They ensured me that it would be of a very high quality finish. When it arrived i could not believe my eyes. The photos are attached. It was absolutely horrendous. I stated my concerns. The owner was very rude and said you are just trying to get money off the price. Then he said to me that he would do his best to come back and rectify the poor workmanship of the cabinet and hood. They never returned and said they were too busy and the owner said he has too much going on in his life and he didn't have time to discuss my concerns. Most unprofessional. He was exceptionally rude to me in my house accusing me of being a difficult customer and stating that he did not want to hear from me that i was concerned about the quality of the product. I just explained that when you pay a premium price for a premium product you expect a premium quality in return. This was clearly not the case. They have been reported to Trading Standards for investigation. Please do not purchase you aquarium from ND Aquatics as i'm very confident that you will be most disappointed.
