ND Aquatics Avis 

This is the second time I've purchased a tank from ND aquatics and both times the experience has been brilliant. This time I ordered a huge 10ft aquarium, the tank was delivered within the quoted time frame and the driver was really helpful and professional. If you're considering buying a new tank I would highly recommend ND aquatics, the quality of the tank and silicone work is far superior to anything you will buy off of the shelf, plus you can customise the size, cabinet style and colour to your preference.

Have now got a refund from credit card after 14 months of fighting.
Finally getting money back from ND Aquatics. (DUE FEBUARY 2025)all i have to do is donate the tank. So if anyone wants a tank donated to them .email me over on you tube under ND aquatics thieves and liars.........11 MONTHS AND NOW TRYING TO GET TRUSTPILOT TO TAKE DOWN MY REVEIWS

We tried to explain to you that this tiny bubble in the glass does not represent any danger for your tank and is in accordance with the legislation and standards in force, for which we also sent you the manufacturer's documentation (Pilkington) regarding small production defects.
The reason why we didn't keep repeating the same things endlessly is what you call "lack of communication". I tried to de-escalate everything over the phone, but you didn't give me a chance.
You used this tank without any leakage problem.
I asked you to return the tank and we will make a refund in your presence here.
We will not come to collect this tank, you signed for the delivery of the tank and did not report any deficiency.
You paid £376 for this tank, including the cost of delivery, but you mentioned in the review that you spent £500 (£500 Out of pocket.), why all this?
You kept mentioning personal problems you had and we empathize with you, but in the review you expressed as if we are responsible for your stress, why all this?
As I mentioned, please return the tank here and we will refund in the next minute in your presence, just make sure you have the same card you used to pay.

You obviously did not check this tank 3 times or STAFF would have spotted the FAULT.
I cannot prove it but believe a sticker was placed over the BUBBLE in the glass either by accident or to hide the fault.
You did not answer emails.....thats the lack of communication.
I believe postage and packaging back to you is going to cost £100/£150, so YES i will have laid out £500 that no doubt i will have to recover from you.
I mentioned MY personal problems because you wanted ME TO BLAME PILKINGTON for the fault that lies at your door.
I hope this answers all your questions.
I will order a new tank tomorrow 8th March and return your tank at the earliest convenience.
We will then phone you so you can return ALL COST.Respectfully Keith/Mandy

You are obviously not going to make this easy as you have REFUSED Sims kind offer to return the Faulty Tank FREE OF CHARGE.
I have also found others online who you have made it impossible to return goods.
I have found a courier who will pack and pallet the faulty tank and return it to your address at further cost to you. (£85/150 ).
The Courier will be wearing a body cam and if no one is there, or you are unwilling to sign for returned good we will consider the goods to be unwanted by ND AQUATICS and will deliver the faulty tank to a glass recycling centre.
No doubt you will make me take you to court to recover my money so i have sent the emails of you trying to get me to lie over to Pilkington and have asked them for there opinion on this matter.
We have also informed Trading Standards that you are Hostile and are awaiting their response.
Continue to spite that nose of your face.

Thank you ND Aquatics. I had a custom tank made with bevelled front edges. It was built to fit precisely into a brick opening with mm to spare. Very friendly people
wonderfull service.

Andrew and the team are the best at what they do, they were able to give me a quote straight away and when explaining my situation of moving, they worked extremely hard to get us the tank super quickly and efficiently. We contacted 3 other aquarium builders, who delayed getting back to us and felt we were being messed around. By the time of the quotes came in ND had already built the tank and scheduled delivery. Andrew was always extremely helpful when we had any questions and if they missed my call always rang back when they could. The delivery driver took all the stress and worry out of getting the tank into our house, using ramps and trolleys. I couldn't have asked for better service and I only have one word for the team there.... AMAZING! I would highly recommend ND to anyone wanting to purchase a tank, ours is 8ft and we couldn't be happier with the product or service we have received. Thank you so much ND! From when i started to enquire about buying an aquarium to when it was delivered the service from the guys at ND Aquatics was first class. Always there to answer any questions i had. when it was delivered, 5ftx 2ft x 2ft i was dreading trying to get it in my house. The driver was so organised that it took less than 20 minutes. i would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone thinking of buying a quality made aquarium

I found ND Aquatics after looking online for a decent brand to replace my tank.
I was a bit sceptical at first, so I visited their premises at Hertford.
Andrew was amazing throughout and confirmed everything. Even showed me around the showroom for the different options available and explained the clear glass.
The quality of the aquarium is outstanding. I ordered the 4ft one. This one is much better built than the ones you find in all the fish shops.
I've also noticed that my running costs have gone down. The thick glass and covers helps keep the heat in and the heater is on half the time.
The cabinets draws are much bigger! I can fit 2x FX6 filters in the bottom with ease.
Only negatives were: my original colour selection went out of stock. Wasn't really an issue as it was a rare choice, I just picked another colour.
Delivery driver was quite negative, but he eventually helped and I got it into my flat.
This build quality is so good that I will no longer be looking for other brands in the future.

The best aquarium I have ever purchased the quality is second to none, I purchased a 72 x 24 x 24 inch tank and it’s just amazing I will definitely purchase all future aquariums from ND aquatics, the ordering is a breeze and thank you Andrew delivery was spot on I’m just blown away how good it looks

From ordering the tank over the phone, constant updates from Andrew and the delivery driver helping so much with the tank.

I ordered a second bespoke tank, being very pleased with the first one. I ordered it on 26th Sept 2023 and received it on the 1st Dec 2023, it's now 10 weeks I've been waiting to get the painted back and sides sorted (light shines through) So not fit for purpose. Obviously not quality checked before leaving site.

Just purchased a cabinet and lid,really pleased with it, build quality is very good much better than others we looked at, Andrew was very helpful and delivery was good and on time .definitely would recommend.

Excellent service. Request a slightly different length from standard sizes to fit an alcove better. Tank was ready quicker than expected and as per my requirements.

It’s always a risk to choose a company of the internet to make a big purchase. But not with this company. Excellent service and what makes a difference is the communication was great. I had been looking at the ND Aquatics website for quite a few years dreaming up aquascapes and biotopes. I really wanted an aquarium that would be a blank canvas where I could choose what filter, lights, heater, etc to have.
The opportunity to buy a new tank came about, so I contacted them.
ND Aquatics are simply brilliant !
The choice for tanks and cabinets is huge. The staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The construction of the aquarium and the cabinet is solid, definitely last for years and years.
