ND Aquatics Avis 

This is my 4th aquarium purchase from ND Aquatics, an 8 foot stunning aquarium with Optiwhite front and sides.

These guys were very professional and helpful, they advised me about best options from filtration to tank dimensions .

It was a reminder to the quality and standard the team hold themselves to, It was a pleasure working with them both to achieve my goal and as always, a pleasure speaking with them both.

I highly recommend them should you want a bespoke aquarium made, delivered and that's within a reasonable budget.

The new tank is beautiful, hand made, looks and fits the stand I bought perfectly and is 10mm glass with nicely thought out bracing and covers.
The lid was great value in gloss black and once its protective plastic is off it looks fantastic.
I went to the shop because I wanted to speak to a person and not just send emails. It was really useful because I got some good advice and suggestions on lights and filtration and ended up buying a filter, which again fit my stand perfectly.
From order to delivery was about 6 weeks and the delivery was carried out by Robert. He was a great help when it came to getting the tank in and placed. His suggestions were also really helpful with filling procedure and setup.
Delivery relies on them getting a full load so it took a couple of weeks longer than expected, if you know its likely then it takes the stress out of it.
It's well worth the wait because the tank is beautiful and if I can find the space I will order another one.

ND Aquatics built me a custom braceless tank and sump at short notice ( for an aquarium ) and on budget.
The build is spot on and the quality is fantastic , communication was perfect with all my questions answered by phone or email very quickly.
Everyone compliments the tank and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
Big thanks to Andrew and Dom who I think went out of their way to help - even after delivery.

Ordered our third large tank recently, this time from ND Aquatics. Help and advice were top notch. Once the order was placed, delivery took place within only two weeks (to central Scotland). The tank was very well protected for transportation. Build quality was to a very high standard and a lot of thought had gone into the design. A bonus – the Bean-Animal weir had a small footprint. Cannot fault ND in any way!

Where do u start rang few time answered the phone call fast great customer service and support at the beginning so I placed my orders paid the deposit was told the waiting time was long as it was a custom rank and they didn’t want to rush the job so waiting patiently days went by weeks went by no answer from him no text message nothing out the blue text me saying tank in ready by the way it’s been 3 months since I placed the order tell me tank will we dispatch within a few day that was a total lie deliver day came no answer no call waiting all day dint even the criticise to ring me and say ur tank is not come lied agin saying the tank not in the ur it’s somewhere stuck Wht he doesn’t tell u his tanks are made in Russia then driven down to the uk 4 months later i get my tank annoyed let down had nothing but grief with this guy lies though his teeth dishonest character build quality is extremely poor communication is even worse to be honest I wouldn’t buy or listen to this guy

Great service and communication with ND Aquatics. They built this aquarium exactly as we asked but added their own suggestions to make it work even more efficiently. We were really pleased and will be ordering again!

What a company! Asked for a quote a few days ago for a small tank (compared to what they're used to building!), they got back to me within 24 hours. I rang 2 days later to order it, and to my suprise they offered to build it that day and deliver it the next afternoon due to already been in the area, and they did! Got a call an hour before delivery, the quality is fantastic compared to the awful tank I had from another company. Good price and both the men I spoke to (the one who booked it, and the delivery man) were both lovely. The silicone is still settling so still waiting to fill it, but very happy 😄

ND Aquatics were great, very helpful on the phone in answering all my questions, very professional and could fault their customer service at all.
The aquarium build was to a high quality and their stands and hoods are build to last, very sturdy and have a great finish.
I was also impressed with their build times to delivery, I received my aquarium quickly from time of order and payment. On delivery the guys were great and at a small extra cost can bring it into your house for you, massive benefit as some companies will only.ever drop at kerbside. And without a shadow of a doubt will be using them again.

From start to finish ND AQUATICS were amazing, Andrew was a pleasure to deal with and is now a friend for life. The quality of the tank is the best i've seen, its 66" long 22" high and 18" deep, with optiwhite front glass which is well worth the little extra cost.
From ordering the tank to delivery took no longer than 3 weeks, delivered as promised and extremely well packaged. I would highly recommend ND AQUATICS to any body looking to buy a high quality aquarium. Thank you Andrew.

Order placed 6.6.23 and acknowledged. Several emails sent and phone calls made, to no avail, cannot get in contact, only want a delivery date for a tank that is a listed size on their web shop page. Don’t know how they got all these 5star reviews, mine is -5 so far. The excitement of a new tank has just about gone, thanks nd aquariums!

Andrew and Nick were brilliant - discussed everything, made sure I was happy with everything.

The installers Dom and Roman were brilliant - they worked well together, efficiently, and got the job done perfectly. They were also very friendly too, they also rung me up to tell me they would be a little late because of roadworks and traffic.

Excellent aquarium builders, build quality is second to none. Very helpful throughout the process and helpful delivery driver too!
