We are delighted with our new kitchen from Neat. The double act of Daniel on Design and Matthew on Delivery worked very well. Daniel listened carefully to what we we wanted and gave us a design that matched our needs exactly. We quickly got through the detailed elements and went ahead. All the appliances were ordered and they were ready ahead of time. We decided to vacate the flat during the work and left Matthew to get on with it, only returning once to check progress. The work was done very expertly and the rest of our flat left clean and ready for our return. There was an important aspect to the work that involved blending in with some existing features. This was done very well. We were kept up todate and consulted throughout the process and the work was completed within the promised timescale.
We would recommend Neat to anyone.

A fantastic experience from start to finish. During the planning phase Dan listened to our requirements and matched the final solution to our budget with a very professional design. The fitting team were awesome and so friendly too and remained flexible throughout the whole process as minor adjustments were made to the plans. Using high quality products, the kitchen was completed ahead of time and to an exceptional high standard and has received much praise from family and friends alike.
The kitchen has certainly been transformed and I would highly recommend this company. If you're looking for a new kitchen then go to Neat.

The installation team were really friendly, helped out by rescheduling everyone when I got Covid 48hrs before they were meant to arrive. Big thank you to everyone who gave us such a beautiful kitchen within a sensible budget. The end product looks lovely and we are really now looking forward to sharing it with friends and family, the wine fridge is getting well stocked.

The whole process from start to finish was a surprisingly smooth and stress free experience. Matt & Dan were very accommodating and helpful in producing a design that worked best for my kitchen. The quality of the kitchen is exceptional and I get nothing but wonderful compliments on it when people come over. I have now put several friends in contact with Matt for their own kitchens.

The build was carried out with care and on time - no detail was too small and always accommodated. We absolutely love the finished kitchen.

I was looking for an integrated bin-drawer and am so glad I called Neat Kitchens. Steve Thorne patiently took my multiple phone calls and gave me all the information I needed and helped me come to the right solution for my home. Delivery of my purchase was quick and was exactly what I needed. Couldn't have asked for better service. A++

Daniel had previously worked with my grandmother on her kitchen and from that I felt confident approaching him for my own kitchen. Throughout the process, heavily delayed due to issues with completing the property purchase Daniel was available to discuss matters as my ideas changed over time. Once complete, Neat via Matthew was able to step up when the builder I had lined up fell through. They were able to step in and take on the project, extending beyond the kitchen. Allowing for delays, again due to a 3rd party supplier, they were able to get the project up and running keeping me involved and running things past me that I didn't know was needed or hadn't thought about. Overall, very satisfied with the open communication throughout the process.

I had my old kitchen removed and a brand new kitchen put in by Matthew at Neat Kitchens. It could not have been a better refurb experience - superb workmanship, no mess left, lovely customer service, and to top it all, reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Recently had not only a kitchen fitted but also a wall removed to turn a kitchen and dining room into a single room. The team at Neat did all the work and were fantastic from start to finish. Clean, considerate informative and professional. The finished room is top quality and exactly what we asked for.

A fantastic customer service from inception to completion. Jon came round to the house taking a detailed brief of our specific requirement's, budgets and timescales. From there we went to the showroom in order to visually see what was available in order to create our family kitchen which is now the heart of our new home. All the worktops, cupboards and appliances were delivered and fitted with care and on the specified dates. The kitchen is a lovely specification which is of high quality and standard and I would highly recommend Neat Kitchens.
