Neater Heat Ltd Avis 

Really glad we found Neater Heat. Great service every time. This time it was a Sunday with sudden boiler failure - they came out quickly, diagnosed the problem fast (a broken fan) and amazingly managed to pick up the part on Monday morning so we only had one rather chilly night. Then, when I was concerned the boiler was making an odd noise in the following days they came out really quickly to check it, reassured me that the vibration wasn't a serious issue and solved it straight away. Every different person we have met from Neater Heat has been personable and polite, cleared up after themselves perfectly - everything you could want.

An engineer was available same day, when British Gas had a 3 day wait. He worked until almost 10pm to fix the problem and was polite and consulted us throughout. Very happy.

They will be first point of call for my Mitsubishi Ecodan system going forward.

It makes a huge difference that you can book a 1 hour slot. Communication is excellent and the engineer was polite, professional and tidy.

Quite a few visits to solve the problem. However a very responsive team and seem well managed.

My boiler stopped working, and a very friendly engineer turned up about two hours after I made the call.
He fixed the problems and recommended a service.
A few days later, it was serviced, and now works better than ever.
Can't fault Neater Heat!

Had 2 boilers in 2 houses and boiler 1 was perfect so 5 stars - Boiler 2 had some snagging which was dealt with well. I would use Neater Heat again and the customer service on the whole as well as the work was very good.

Really pleased with Ash's work and his professional manner when he performed our boiler service. He went beyond our expectations when he bled a radiator and then re-balanced the system pressure at the combi-boiler. He also gave helpful advice about potentially installing a heat-source pump. I'd use them again and recommend them to you.
