I needed someone to come to my home to give me a quote to repair my front room window after a powerful gust of wind blew it open with such force that it snapped the mechanism at the top of the window. Long story short, I could no longer close my window as the top was now leaning at an angle.
After ringing several window repair companies, who at best said they could book someone to come out in two weeks' time, I happened to see NeathWindowCare. I spoke to Nick who probably sensed my panic and urgency. He came out straight away and saw the broken mechanism. He thought he might have a new one in his van--he did, thankfully!--and he just got on with the job of fixing my window!
Full credit to Nick, he is an honest, decent, hard-working bloke and I had every confidence the bill would be perfectly reasonable. It was better than reasonable. There were no agency fees, nothing to pay up front, no pretence that the task was bigger than it needed to be. I will sleep easy tonight knowing all the windows are secure again!

We needed a lock to be changed urgently on a composite front door. Nick came at very short notice and sorted it out , what a lovely man who did a first class job , we can highly recommend Windowcare and will definitely be using them for any future UPVC repairs or purchases.

Nick came out at short notice to repair a broken locking mechanism on our back door. Problem was identified quickly and new part fitted a few hours later. Excellent customer service and quality of work.

Terrific service from Nick, had an issue with my upvc patio door. The alignment and lock mechanism issue were quickly identified and fully resolved the next day once a new component was delivered. Very knowlegeable a very professional service. Will defo use Nick for any future issues.

We had new furniture delivered last Saturday - the delivery men inadvertently bumped our front door out of it’s correct alignment ,whilst bringing the said furniture in to our property.
I rang Nick after a quick Google search - and I was really delighted that I did.

Nick was extremely helpful from the first phone call. He made sure I could lock it overnight and came the following morning.
I was in work, but my son was here and he fixed it straight away. He then came back in the evening for the payment.
