Let me tell you about this incredible experience I had with Paul Gresh while shopping for a home loan. First, on a personal level, Paul was a great conversationalist, smart, funny, and versatile. The conversation flowed well and we spent a lot of time talking about personal topics as well as loan-related topics. Professionally, Paul knew exactly what he was talking about, he provided the perfect amount of info and helped to identify why Neat is unique and would be advantageous to go with you. But he never over promised. I am a new employee for Neat Loans and my wife and I decided to apply for a refinance with my new company. We found the application process to be very thorough and user friendly. Once the application was completed we were invited to the "Borrower Dashboard" where we were able to upload all the necessary documentation to begin the loan process. If you complete all the document uploads within 24 hours you even receive a $100 dollar Visa check card. Now that is an incentive! We received constant updates from the Home Loan Advisor (Erik), Client Coordinator (Brianna) and Closer (Jes) throughout the process. It took 3 weeks from filling out the application to getting approved and exactly 1 month from application to signing loan documents. Now that is fast! The closing was smooth and was able to have a mobile notary come to our house to sign the closing documents. Very convenient. I'm not saying this because I am an employee of Neat Loans but this was the fastest, smoothest home loan process that I have ever encountered. Truly proud to be part of this Team.
