Appalling organisation. The so called guides sent us twice to the wrong hall . A very important package arrived for me at 9.20 with my Hall number , stand number and telephone number on the package . It was only after numerous calls and aggravation that they managed to bring the packet to me …2 hours after delivery. A badly organised place .. AVOID

Attended restoration show, expensive to park! Not many busses, quite a long walk for us old folk

Just attended Gardener's world live 2025. The show gardens and the plants were stunningly good. However I was rammed twice by the same motobility scooter . Once as I moved swiftly out of the driver's way and a second time as the driver deliberately ran at me and rammed me with some venom. No interaction had occurred previous to this so this woman driver obviously had an eyesight or an
issue with being in crowds. Does the NEC check that motobility scooter drivers are given safety advice to ensure that no injuries occur? Despite my sore foot the day was excellent.

I had a fall at the NEC. Over the Crufts period 2025. I fell over a sign, that had fallen on to the floor. As of 9th Apr 2025. Not one person has rang me to see how I am, from the NEC group. They have all my details. I filled in a accident form. Not one phone call. Bad show NEC.

Rang for advice for a faulty washer that had error codes for drum and heating. Waited 4 days for an engineer. Engineer came cost £96 call out to be told not economically beneficial to repair it. Now have to buy a new washer and still had to pay £96 for a call out where nothing was done. Very frustrated! Complete waste of money that I could have paid towards my new washer!

If you’re going to come at Comic con I advise you not to pre-book your parking we booked for a disabled badge. he said they may just drive to the furthest car park. had to walk miles back from the car it wasn’t so bad on Friday. Everything ran smoothly but today was like the worst day known to man we get in there and the venue was so far you had no space whatsoever. It was definitely unsafe for people like me with mobility issues. There was people falling over my walker and people in wheelchairs getting fell on. I wouldn’t advise anyone to go there. I’ve been going for seven years. I don’t understand why for some reason they put the venue in the smallest halls . When they were in hall 19 and 20. It was a better venue because you could open the doors and get some fresh air. Instead we were shoved in like battery hands with no room whatsoever and the only fresh hair you could get was the smoking corner which was ridiculous for people that can’t breathe they need fresh air. There was no air-conditioning it was there was heating on and people were sweating. It was disgusting. I will never go back to the NEC again.! they don’t care about their customers anymore. They just care about how many people they can get into the smallest as possible.

Visited the Classic Car Show here recently and the show was better laid out than my previous visit.
However the free WiFi was non existent and the 'goody' bags containing Show Guide where in short supply.
Despite arriving before 10Am there where non available.
Poor Show.

Over charged me on my parking wheh I attended on the 2nd dec.

da mesi ormai cerchiamo di metterci in contatto con il centro assistenza Nec per la riparazione di un proiettore ancora in garanzia , ma a nulla sono valse le chiamate a 5€ al minuto ( da follia) , ad oggi non conosciamo il centro più vicino in sicilia ne altrove ;
assistenza pessima, da non acquistare

Die NEC Monitor EA271U hat eine hervorragende Bildqualität - habe 3 Geräte gekauft. Es wäre super, wenn der Garantieservice auch nur halb so gut wäre wie das Produkt. Die Garantiebehandlung ist eine reine Katastrophe.
