My experience has been very negative. I have recently increased my invested capital, but curiously, I received lower interest payments in January and February than in December. I've crunched the numbers: the number of loans in default or arrears does not justify this discrepancy. There is a serious lack of transparency regarding how interest is being calculated or distributed.

​I tried to resolve the issue through customer support, but the experience was frustrating. The agent stopped responding after repeatedly providing canned responses that failed to explain the discrepancy in values. It is disappointing that investors are treated this way.

Very competitive rates at the moment comparing to other p2p platforms. Onboarding goes fast and you could start investing fairly quickly however (as mentioned by nectaro as well) it takes quite a while for deposited funds to arrive on your account. This really needs improvement.

Tot nu toe na enkele maanden prima ervaringen met het rendement, de bonussen, klantenservice en betalingen. Ik zat even te worstelen met het aanmelden en inversteren, maar dat kwam blijkbaar doordat ik de vertaling aan had volgens de klantenservice en dit klopte. Tevens goed te weten dat er een betrouwbare groep achter zit en beleggersbescherming is. Handig dat veel lonen niet al te lang zijn om het geld terug te krijgen. Ik zal niet te positief zijn verder, want als ik complimentjes geef worden mijn reacties gezien als nep en word mijn recentie vaak verwijderd.

On average they exceed the performance of many other competitors and the website is easy to use and understand. They not have an app, but honestly, this is a passive income investment, I not really need one, check them once a month to see how the money is doing. If you want to play investor on a day basis, it's maybe not right for you. I appreciate the performance and it allows me to diversify my overall portfolio.

They lowered their short term interest rates to 11 to 12%, which is under competitions offers. I ll wait for an adjustment to increase my positions on that platform.

A very trustful and solid platform. No problems since I use the platform.

I haven't been around that long, but I'm always happy to receive emails when a payment has been received. I haven't suffered any losses in the three months.

So far, so good. Clear and user-friendly backend, satisfying UX, easy to use. You should be aware of risks and uncertainty when investing in P2P credits. Nectaro is a newish platform and must still prove its track record for the investors. They are doing many things right, even better than more established platforms. High percentage yield always comes with increased risk. The near future, as of mid 2025 will show if nectaro can deliver on their promises in a fragile economy.

Great investment platform and way to diversify your portfolio. User friendly interface, and higher than average returns, but what is most important – there are no fees. Their auto invest tool allows to make the investments fully passive.

To date, Nectaro has not specifically answered my questions about financial health and real performance (the statistics they provide are very purposefully inaccurate). Any questions are not really answered, in my opinion a very non-transparent platform)

Customer support is quite unfriendly as they never directly answer your questions. Websites are quite opaque as they do not provide complete information about the financial health of the loan providers. Loan offerings are very limited with long investment horizons. Loans are provided with virtually no collateral. Diversification is minimal as loans are provided from only two providers, and it is not transparent which ones Financial health.

Ich bin bei 11 P2P Plattformen aber das ist einfach nervig!
Ich habe ein Account bei Nectaro erstellt, weil ich die in Stuttgart auf der Investmesse persönlich kennengelernt habe und für meine Follower testen wollte.
Der Anmeldeprozess war in Ordnung. Aber was dann für Anfragen kamen, war unglaublich. Sie wollten meinen Arbeitsvertrag, Kontoauszüge bzgl. Gehaltseingänge, Kontoauszüge bzgl. Dividendeneinnahmen und auch meinen Baufinanzierungsvertrag haben. Geht´s noch? Also habe ich den Support angeschrieben. Eine Antwort hat mehrere Tage gedauert.
Da es "nur" um 2.500 € geht, habe ich den Support gebeten diesen meine ursprünglichen Angaben zu ändern und habe mitgeteilt, dass die 2.500 € aus einer Schenkung meiner Frau an mich resultieren. Dazu habe ich auch einen Kontoauszug beigefügt. Was kam dann? Die wollten wissen, woher meine Frau das Geld hat. Man kann es auch übertreiben.

Und ich betone nochmal: Ich bin bei 11 P2P Plattformen, so eine Farce habe ich bisher nirgendwo erlebt. Dann werde ich halt diese 2.500 € (wohl) bei Lendermarket investieren.

Abschließend was auch nicht in Ordnung ist: Ich wollte bei Nectaro an einer Cashback-Aktion teilnehmen. Diese Verzögerung führt am Ende dazu, dass die Frist der Aktion (31.05.) vorbei ist. Rückfrage dazu wurde nicht beantwortet.

Und andere Fragen wurden mit AML und KYC beantwortet. Datenschutz interessiert die Null.

Abschließend habe ich sie gerade gebeten meinen Account zu löschen.

Und Anmerkung an Nectaro: Wenn Ihr meine Bewertung nicht zu ordnen könnt. Dann habt Ihr sogar ein Datenproblem.

Very correct communication. Questions are always answered and concerns are resolved quickly. It is completely clear that every young thing needs some time to develop and they use this time wisely. I recommend Nectaro 100%!

Easy to use and makes investing feel effortless. Clean UI, solid returns, and everything works just fine. No complaints.

Good platform, with the mix of markets to invest, providing quite competitive interest rates and with easy investor's onboarding process. Adding and withdrawing funds is also set quite well.

So far so good. I started investing in this platform in February 2025. Good rewards as newbie. Almost always there are loans available for investment. Although most of them are Moldavian long term loans. Very good communicaion in Telegram (CEO, support). I appreciate the effort in developing the web adding new functionalities.

It was the most serious platform until now, but for a few weeks now, pending payments have been piling up.
