Awful quality

Ordering and delivery really good, quality, AWFUL.

Dresses are so poorly finished. Pity because they’re actually quite nice.
Zip in one is so poorly finished it won’t zip up without so much force as to near rip the fabric. Just poor quality construction.

I ordered dresses but unfortunately…

I ordered dresses but unfortunately they did not suit me, so I returned them, eventually I had a refund but it was pending in PayPal for over a week and then it defaulted, I contacted customer services last Thursday and they came back to me that day to say they would contact the tech team as they were not aware of the issue and to be rest assured that it would be sorted asap, nothing happened I then emailed again yesterday and they came back to me this morning, I asked for this to be sorted by the end of the day and heard nothing and still £181.13 short, I will also contact PayPal as this has not been resolved, I find the whole situation very strange

Really love this brand

The dress I ordered arrived very promptly and it's beautiful. Items that are described as midi are always maxi on me, as I'm only 5'4". Shame, but I take that into consideration when ordering.

Loved the dresses

From order to delivery 2 days notification at every stage, ordered same dress 2 colours and very pleased with both, sizing was great bit tight on the tummy but nothing a bit of magic shape wear won’t solve. Good quality, lined and importantly exactly as seen on screen 👏👏

Lovely maxi dress

From ordering to receiving the dress was only a few days. The dress came and it is gorgeous. I ordered the blue with gold pattern long dress in a size 12. It fits perfectly. A bit tight round my tummy but with the right control underwear on that will be fine. Wearing in September for a wedding so no photos yet!
Would definitely order again.

Poor experience

I didn’t rate the quality of this skirt. There was too much material in the stomach area. I am a size 12 and ordered a 12 and a 14. The 14 fitted but was a little snug, the 12 didn’t even turn up. Dealing with customer services was not a good experience. I have now been refunded for both so they eventually resolved the issue.
