Wow how bad is this company . It’s so poor they obviously don’t care about their customers. 5 Emails no replies to any . Nobody ever answers phone. Took 3 1/2 weeks to deliver parcel. I will never buy from them again . They don’t deserve the business. Absolutely shocking.

I have received the wrong item and have contacted the company to ask them to send me the correct one but have yet to receive an answer or the correct order

I placed an order. I am leaving to abroad until August so ordered in plenty of time for delivery. I leave today. I have tried calling numerous times, no one available to take calls, completed there contact form where it states someone will respond within 24 hours, 3 forms later still no response. What kind of business is this where you cant even get any response let alone a person to actually speak to. I will never order anything from this company again. If you want an item urgently please don't make this company your first choice. There is no response from calls or completing there contact form. All the customer can do is wait. Even to access your account to track items is absolutely crap. Under performance, Unprofessional, rubbish customer service. Stay clear.

Made an order and received confirmation. After a week I used the contact form to ask for a delivery date. I got an automated reply saying a member of staff would reply when they were available. 3 days later I telephoned and got a message saying no one was available and to use the contact form.
I used the form to cancel the order and also emailed customer services to cancel. I am waiting for the refund.

Have now received my refund. No explanation as to why my order was not available/delivered, but thank you Needundies for the refund.

Very poor service. I received an email confirming my order but no follow-up about despatch. After a few days I tried calling customer services to check if the goods were on their way but only received a message telling me that they were not answering their phones. I sent an email instead and that was unanswered. Eventually, a week after placing the order, I received communication to tell me that only half my order had been sent and a refund had been made for the balance. No explanation or apology was offered.
