I wrote a long review but it disappeared. In a nutshell, definitely not worth $70! It should be max $10, as the product feels cheaply made, the screen cuts out and the probe is terrible. Has to be precisely over baby or it will not work at all. I did not pay for faster shipping because it wouldn’t be worth the money money. It got here via USPS within one week. It’s just the product itself and Neeva Baby seems like they hide negative reviews on social media, as I didn’t find one but unfortunately found a ton here on trustpilot. I wound not have wasted the money had I seen these reviews.
To end, I work as a nurse with the pregnant population, so I know how to use a fetal doppler just fine. I think this product would probably just make the general public anxious because it is poorly made. Do not recommend.

Terrible brand, terrible team

As a first time mama, it is so easy to get overwhelmed with ALL that is out there. I am SO thrilled to have discovered this amazing company. I have the doppler and sanitizer. 10/10.

I have a real hard time finding my babys heartbeat. I am 17 weeks pregnant. Also, when i finally find it, the sound is super low even turning the volume all the way up.

My experience with Neeva has been that they are not transparent with their policies and costs. It feels like they believe they can get away with this because they know they're working with anxious pregnant women. No transparency that there is a restocking fee if you return the device (no mention on their refund policy webpage and even in conversations with customer care, they wouldn't disclose the amount of the 'restocking fee'). The reason I decided to buy from Neeva is because they offered Next Day Delivery and I wanted one with quick turnaround to check on baby after Covid vaccine over the weekend. I ordered Thursday evening and it arrived Monday night even though I paid $20 extra for next day delivery. The customer representative has been quick to reply to my messages which I appreciate but overall, this company is NOT customer-oriented and seems to only care about the money they can make. I do not recommend.

Possibly a scam I’m not sure. I ordered in 05/06/21 with next day shipping for $20. It is now Monday 05/10/2021 and my ups tracking still says package not received and the company is trying to blame it on the courier which is interesting because i receive packages all the time. Purchase elsewhere

I ordered this doppler specifically because the website advertised a 2 MHz probe. I received a 3 and reached out asking if it was a mistake I received that one. They were pretty quick to reply, sent me a return label, and sent out a new one (which led me to believe it was a mistake) but when I opened it, it was the exact same 3MHz probe I already had. Apparently they didn't understand the problem. It was very disappointing. I emailed them again and never received another reply. The doppler itself is okay. I can usually hear a heartbeat on it but half the time I don't see it register on the doppler itself. Just based on the dishonest advertising I do not recommend.

I love this Doppler! I had first bought one on Amazon but it didn’t work. When I had bought Neeva Baby Doppler, it was awesome it came nice with no damage and it also came with the gel which put me to shock. Love it!

Very annoyed. This item was suppose to be here Monday. I have yet to receive it and my tracking updates have stopped. I don't know where the item is or when I will receive it. Then I get an email to leave a review on an item I don't have. So i cannot speak on behalf of the product but the shipping is horrible.

Extremely poor customer service. Paid for next day shipping and did not receive my item for 3 days. Will be returning and buying from another company. Save your money! Don’t waste your time with this company! They offer next day shipping but don’t actually give them item to UPS when they are supposed to.

This Doppler never provides an accurate heartbeat.

The machine is good, it serves its intended purpose. The delivery, when you purchase the product said 2-5 Business days, mine came in 12 business days and when I asked their customer service they just replied check with DHL or USPS which I didn’t because I didn’t order the product from them. So customer service not that great.

I ordered my doppler and it took about 2 weeks to get delivered (even though it states 2-5 business days). When I try to find my babies heart beat it makes a loud sound as if something is interfering and unable to get a clear sound. I have to turn the volume up to hear and back down. I am constantly having to turn the volume up and down as I search for my babies heart beat. Maybe its me doing it wrong but when I do find my babies heart beat it seams to only last for a few seconds to a minute and then I cant find it again. It is not what I expected and I am a little disappointed. After having 2 miscarriages and finally being able to get pregnant again, this was to help me feel reassured that I could hear my babies heart beat when ever I wanted to.

Received my product in the same week I purchased it! Excellent service and highly recommended.

Ordered and literally came in 2 days which was great but I still struggle to hear the heart beat and the sound is real low even at the highest volume. Just not the experience I thought I would have.

The item is really clumsy. It keeps making sounds and getting “baby’s heartbeat” even when it’s not on the belly. This looks like some kind of program incorporated into the device to make you think you’re listening to your baby’s heartbeat when it’s infact a recording. Their return policy is very suspicious too. They don’t accept returns. What a scam. You better go to the doctor if you have any concerns about your baby, Don’t rely on this device for any reason. I just hope I haven’t exposed my baby to any potential harm.

I don’t have to use my real full name. Your customer service Petergay let me know you will charge restocking fee even though your device is crap. I bet that’s how you make your money. There are more reputable companies that sell quality dopplers out there, leave this one alone.

Worked great! Would recommend buying especially if worried about baby. Used everyday from 16.5 weeks until I gave birth at 38 weeks.
