Neilson Electrical Services Ltd Avis

Recently had Robbie carry out some electrical work for me, and I was extremely impressed with the standard of service from start to finish.
The workmanship was first class, with everything completed to a very high professional standard. Robbie was punctual, friendly and approachable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which was really reassuring.
It’s clear that Robbie takes great pride in his work and pays close attention to detail. The whole experience was professional and hassle-free, and I’m extremely pleased with the finished job.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Robbie and will definitely use his services again in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent service from Kevin & Robbie-had no hot water and they arranged same day visit to fit new circuit for immersion heater-will most definitely use again, very professional from start to finish, thank you guys!

A brilliant service from start to finish. Kevin is always quick to respond to any messages and really helpful with any queries. Robbi fitted our new EV charger and even stayed late to fix our extractor fan too! It felt like nothing was too much bother.
Couldn’t fault anything!
Highly recommend Nielsen Electrical.

Kevin and his team were top class, job carried out to excellent standard , on time and on budget! Will be my go to for all future electrical work.

Thank you so much for recent work done, all completed to a high standard. Friendly and accommodating as always.

Robbie was professional and knowledgeable. Excellent service.

Excellent professional service from start to finish,I had electrics fitted in my shed to an very high standard.

Our experience of Neilson's service reflects the majority of reviews - Kevin and his team were professional, tidy and final costs were true to the quote - which was very reasonable.

But what sets them apart was the care and respect they showed our home. A total rewire is not without mess - there was dust! But they cleaned up as they went, intrusive work was kept to a minimum and everything was made good afterwrds.

Comms were excellent from start to finish, Kevin kept us updated regularly on progress.

Highly recommended.

Robbie wired up our sauna and did an amazing job. He took incredible care in a job that involved taking heavy-duty cable from the main unit all around our house to an outside building, making it as invisible as possible. He worked well into the evening to finish the job and we are very grateful for how he went above and beyond. We would highly recommend Neilson Electrical Services - and thanks to Kevin for coming back to us so quickly and taking on the job at short notice.

very professional, punctual, quick and clean.
Very happy with the experience and prices, would wholeheartedly recommend

Fitted and outdoor electrical socket for me. The company were very friendly to talk to and informative. The engineer who came was friendly and professional. Tidied up after the job was completed to a high standard

Neilson Electrical Services provided a first class professional service. They carefully walked us through required changes and made sense of an old house. This simplified our lighting arrangements. Communication was excellent. The job has taken longer than expected but this was down to an old house throwing up unexpected issues. The cost to upgrade and modernise was competitive for the amount of work required. I have no hesitation in recommending Neilson's.

Needed an emergency call out out of hours Very impressed with speed he came and fixed our problem. Would definitely use again and recommend

Excellent service, call out to assist my elderly father with an urgent issue, attended promptly, sorted the problem very quickly. Very kind and helpful Team. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this company.

Very professional service. Helpful and nice folk to deal with.

Very efficient service.
Kept well informed from initial inquiry to booking and job competition.
Lovely friendly lads.
Will certainly be using them again.

Very quick in responding to my call for Electrical Certificate .
Robbie did a good job and left the flat tidy. Would recommend Neilson Electrical its good to support local tradesmen

I have had Kevin and Robbie do some work on my house renovation twice now and both times the work has been carried out brilliantly and have had no problems with the work either.

Two very friendly knowledgeable guys. Would recommend the. For work anytime.

Kevin and his team were outstanding from start to finish.

First of all Neilson Electrical suggested a really good EV charger as I was unsure which one to choice that was compatible with my Octopus energy tariff sending me a link to buy it online for the best possible price!

Robbie the installation tech was amazing, he drove from Moffat to Glasgow to do the installation. It wasn’t as straightforward as expected, the consumer unit was inaccessible. Robbie and Kevin overcame this by fitting a new fuse box outside by the main electrical meter, only charging for the extra parts!

All in all high recommend this electrical company, it’s hard to find helpful genuine tradesman that don’t let you down.

I will be back for sure!

Thank you Neilson Electrical.

Myhusband who has dementia had many electrical devices plugged into extension leads which were hazardous
It's a long way for Kevin to come but he did and made an excellent job
