I purchased a Neo G wrist & thumb support from Boots online. When I received it I realised it was not what I needed so contacted Neo G to ask them how I return it as they said it was free (you have to do it via them & not Boots). Great customer service, answered quickly, acted efficiently & item returned free of charge in very easy process. Points were quickly returned to my Boots Advantage card as that was how I had purchased it. This ws all in a matter of days. I then went into Boots & purchased a Neo G wrist & thumb support that did not have a fixed metal splint. It is very good.
Due to severe sprain I purchased the stabilized ankle support with figure of 8 strap. TOTAL waste of money !!! I do not have big feet (size 9 ) but trying to get the upper strap wrapped around the ankle and secure fastener was a joke .Of course they state simple returns.... but not items that are worn ...You have to try the support ON !! hence becomes worn . RIP OFF not SUPPORT ...I most definitely do not recommend this item AVOID !!!
Following a double ankle fracture and the fact that due to a serious balance issue, I could not use the equipment provided by A&E physio. I had to bandage my ankle at home but it was quite laborious!
I bought an ankle support directly from the company and it has been a total godsend.
It is very very supportive, extremely comfortable and very well made.
I wear it whenever I am going to be on my feet for any length of time.
I cannot recommend this product highly enough.
The product acquired from Amazon, an ankle support, is not only very loose, but also the website description is poorly done. Overall I understand why there is no return accepted as it gets in direct contact with the skin, yet I'm left with a bitter ripoff taste.
