I am sharing my personal experience with Neoline.
My client submitted a withdrawal request on January 6 2026. The request shows as “approved” in the client portal, and the funds were removed from my MT5 account. However, the amount has still not been credited to me.
Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no clear explanation or resolution. Communication has involved Suman (CEO of SIT FX), but the issue remains unresolved.
Timely withdrawals and transparency are basic expectations in financial services. I hope this matter is addressed immediately.

They kept asking tax something that I did many times. They ware refusing to close my account according to their terms and conditions and sending me my investments. Basically they are just SCAMMERS. I had to filled a criminal report I filed a complaint, refused to allow them take my money, and had my money back in a matter of days with proffesional involvement which i employed. Avoid this awful platform! I was assisted with several other victims in recovering their money, I had given up all hope of ever having my money back. was recommended and they recovered my full investments of just over $260k legally, I'm filling another criminal report in all the countries I'm entitled to do so. I will not stop till everyone knows the truth. Save yourself before it's too LATE!!

It's better to read the reviews before trading with this platform, and i really regret not doing that. I never experience such disaster trading with 𝖹inensis Investment, even with how much the profit exceed my expectation.

Change of management in July.
One of my mentors in the forex trading had suggested me to join this platform telling he know them personally and have all the required licenses to trade in UAE. But unfortunately all my past experiences suggest this is one more fraud still existing in UAE and my 500$ still stuck with them.
I had given this review on the 4th Sept 2025. Later on I visited their office and confronted with the staff there. They were aware about my withdrawal status and admitted there is delay on their end. The reason was the takeover by the new management. However they promised and processed the withdrawal in 2 days. That's the reason; I edited my review and rating.
