I ordered a sign as a wedding gift and Neon’s were a pleasure to deal with the entire way through: they were always quick to respond, answered every query I had and made sure I was totally happy with the sign before making it. It was delivered it in great time and looks as stunning as it did in the pictures. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Incredible service. Gemma was really helpful & kept me updated on how my neon was coming along. I was told it would take up to 4 weeks for delivery BUT it arrived within 2 weeks. A big endorsement from us, much recommended

First class product & company! I hugely recommend them. Remarkable customer service, prompt turnaround time considering it is custom fabrication and was shipped abroad, wonderful quality neon and their pricing is great value. So easy to work with, super helpful in guiding me through the process. They recreated the logo perfectly, we needed it in neon from just a basic drawing

Very helpful in getting my neon to me in a small period of time, offered plenty of time, with draft mock-ups and pricing pro actively. Will use again and refer to friends & family

My son received a custom sign "yeet " yesterday (he loves saying this all the times. Points for me as he was over the moon and impressed. Said it was the coolest gift he has ever received! I thank the team at neons for helping me to win over a Millennial child who never gets excited or impressed with anything!

Friendly customer service with attention to detail. Light was even better than I imagined. Very cool - was given a free remote as an upgrade too! Turned a boring plain wall into a welcoming space!

Terrible. No sign after waiting months. Looks like another scamming company set up to steal money from normal people. Abysmal people.

Wouldn’t even give them a one star! Absolutely atrocious, worst purchase ever!! Took months to arrive, I was promised a “free” light to make up for delays etc, was promised a full refund- still haven’t got that, said that I would happily send back the light still waiting for postage labels! Save your money or better still go to Bag and bones. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS

Product is fantanstic, delivery took slightly longer than communicated but the team are lovely and super helpful when responding. Overall a good service I would recommend.

Awful company. 6 months later no product, Give up and request refund, Keep receiving messages of refund processed,then PAYPAL advised issue with seller refunding. This has happened 2 times now. Company is a scam or no money in its accounts to pay a £350 refund. What ever you do do not buy from these.

Ordered 2 signs back in March spending nearly £400, delivery was taking forever and was advised there was delays on orders which was fine, it’s now July so decided on getting a refund as there was still no sign of them and now waiting on a refund which has apparently been issued twice but still hasn’t turned up in my bank account, will be going to consumer ombudsman, avoid this company!

Questioning whether this company is a SCAM as it has been 7 weeks since I ordered and I still haven't received anything.

*edited this review and added 1 star because I’ve had a phone call and “apparently” my sign will be delivered in a few weeks along with a partial refund. Still I will have waited 3months in total for my order so not great. I await with bated breath and will amend my review again depending on the outcome!

I’m not even sure this company is real. I’ve given them £200 for a neon sign and over 2months later still haven’t received it. Communication only happens when I contact them first. Twice they have told me it will be despatched the following week but nothing. I am really concerned I’ve lost my money.

Sign looks great, delivery took a bit longer than promised, but good communication.

Absolutely love my neon sign. Beautiful quality & looks amazing. Super pleased.
