I love this company, every time I order I await my package with joy, I love the cards with the pouring dates and who poured them! Gives it such a personal touch, it's really crafted with love and you can definitely tell!
100/10 would order here again, thanks for being such a great company Neotori!

Shipping was fast and discrete. Purchases are high quality.
Price is OK since you get such high quality for it.

bought a few things from here and there all amazing quality gotta love neotori

Excellent product quality. Support was always nice, and never had problems with them. Shipping and Tracking was always smooth. Will buy again from them!

Have been ordering from Neotori for a few years now, and while their prices are a little bit higher than similar competitors, the consistent quality of their products and the great customer service is well worth the additional cost.

Third time buying from them, always a pleasure !

I thought I'd messed up my address and support was very quick to reply and reassure me that it would be alright, and even added a small change to the address for my peace of mind. Delivery was also quick, and the product exactly as described, with a couple of extra goodies thrown in! All in all no problems and very happy with my order.

I am a proud customer since the founding of the company and I love everything of it. Purrfect quality, pawsome designs and a friendly customer support. If I could I would give more then 5 stars ^^

Wonderful quality. We have been very happy with all of our purchases . The colours are beautiful and the website is easy to navigate.
The package was very discreet and came with a production certificate and a sticker!

I have purchased several times and love the quality and speed with which they make everything 💕

Great product and customer service.. Fair price and excellent quality. If you’re looking for good fun and well made toys, it’s worth every €.

They have a bunch of unique dildos and I had an overall great experience buying from them. The surface of their toys is amazing. So silky and soft. Probably my favorite surface feeling even over bad dragon's toys. I would recomend buying from them

I’ve ordered toys from this store before and like before the shipping is fast and discreet. They communicate everything. In this order I bought a pre-made Fat Bob (s). The pictures on the site showed the toy I was send. Their site is very clear about the measurements of the toys, and there are always pictures of their premade toys. The silicone neotori uses is really good, and of very high quality. This is 100% my go to store for these types of toys! Will return to buy more 🤩

I ordered a 38cm Tristan (Custom) and a Small Andaro (Custom). I asked support beforehand if they could keep in mind my customization inspiration and it turned out very well.

Their silicone is high quality, and very smooth so there's no painful micro-textures on the toys unless it's intended ones. The colorations matched well with what I intended. And the Suction Cup on Tristan works okay-ish, my main problem is it being a firm toy and the SC being a bit hard to get it to suction well. It takes a few times to get it right.

The customer service is great and kind, and have always helped me very well with my questions/requests.

TLDR: Good company, Good toys. Definite recommend.
