I have just finished my 23 day Annapurna/NarPhu 7 Passes trek with Nepal Climbing Adventures.

From the first moment I got in email contact with Chris (owner of the company), I received timely email responses from him (unlike some other companies I contacted!), with plenty of advice, recommendations & suggestions.

Chris sent me out with a very experienced guide (Ki Temba) & porter (Tsongba), as we would be camping for at least 4-5 nights, whilst crossing Kuchurmo, Yarcha & Meta Passes.

We ended up not being able to cross these passes, due to heavy snowfall in the area & after consultation with Chris and Temba, an alternative route was taken.

In the end, my trip was absolutely fantastic - even with the re-arranged route! I was taken care of very well from start to finish by Nepal Climbing Adventures and I will not hesitate to rely on their expertise again when I come back to Nepal again for another trek.

Highly recommended & I give them an 11 out of 10 for their attention to detail, care and professionalism!

The Annapurna circuit trek was incredible. Our guide Raju (pics attached) made it so special- he was the best guide ever. Nima our porter was also excellent, very kind always putting us first. We felt very well looked after.
A couple of days in I fell ill ,but Raju put my needs at the forefront. He made sure I was safe at all times, constantly checking my oxygen levels and breathing, I felt very safe. In his supply’s he had some medication which cleared the illness. If it wasn’t for Raju’s preparation I don’t think I would have been able to finish the trek- I am so grateful

The views and trekking routes were spot on. Raju was very knowledgable telling us about the mountains but also giving us space to walk together- he had the perfect balance. The guest houses were excellent, much better than I had expected with a private room at all of the locations. Excellent food options too, 3 large meals a day, we weren’t going to go hungry! Everything you need is included.

From the booking on, I always felt in good hands. Krishna, who is the main organizer, did his best to plan everything in advance. Also a connecting trip to Bhutan was offered quickly and to my full contentment. Our first meeting in the office in Kathmandu was full of laughing and made me really look forward to the upcoming trip.
After a chaotic flight to Lukla (as expected), I met Ngima Sherpa, who should be my guide for the next 12 days. Ngima is a very kind person and an interesting teacher. He told me about so many details of Sherpa culture, knew every mountain and all the hidden tales sleeping in the Sagarmatha valley tradition. Since we were both quite fit, we often skipped stops and extended our daily "workload", which was never a problem. Then and now, he kept slowing me down when it was necessary.
There is no need to say that the landscape was amazing! Actually, the way to it was more exciting than the EBC itself. But nothing could beat the sunrise on Kala Patthar with this perfect view on Everest and all the other mountains.

All in all, this trip was a lifetime experience. Thanks to Krishna for the organization and Ngima for the guidance!

I went on the Merapeak program with this company in March 2025 and the program was wonderful. The arrangements and accommodations, the guides, the mountaineering guide, the nature tour guide, and everything was really very complete and perfect, and it was a memorable memory of the route for me.

I went solo in low season (Jan) and it was amazing!!!!!! It was cold at night, but i had the trail and all of the lodges to myself. That's how I like it. Hike your own hike, but it's you prefer a more solitary experience, this is the time to do it. Also, blue skies the entire time!!! Maybe I got lucky?!?!
I did 12 days that included Poon Hill and Anapurna Base Camp. Killer!!!!!
Ramesh was my guide and he was the best! He really knows his stuff took care of everything. Such a great person too.
I had been wanting to do this for 20 years and I was not disappointed. Seriously the trip of a lifetime.

Excellent trip. Guide was strong and very helpful. Company was especially accommodating with advice on equipment and routes prior to trek and after the trek helpful in providing alternative travel arrangement due to bad weather ensuring that I still made my international flight back to Europe. Would recommend and use again!

Dream to go to Everest Base Camp, turn into reality through Nepal Climbing Adventure.
EBC Tracking was getting tougher as it gets in later half of ascend, well our guide ‘Rameshji’ and porter ‘Sumanji’ were there to assist us in all possible ways. Both treat us as “Maharaja” throughout our journey and because of them I made to EBC and for that I am very grateful to them. Nepalese hospitality is beyond imagination, never seen anywhere such a selfless service.
The trip was well organized by Krishna and Kumbh, who were very transparent, well communicated and very professional about everything from airport pick up to accommodation and throughout the journey.

I had wonderful experience during my EBC hiking trip that I did in Apr, 2024 through this company. Their guide and porters lead us complete this trip comfortably and successfully. We were a team of 4 did EBC hike in Apr 2024. Krishna & his team did an excellent job in co-ordinating the whole trip smooth. The communication was intact as we agreed upon from start to finish. There were few interruptions while on our journey due to weather but Krishna acted promptly upon the situation, made alternations for us to continue without delay. Chandra the sherpa & 2 porters were awesome. They never rushed us, made comfortable for a successful trip. Their hospitality exceeded my expectation. I would definetely come back for other mountains & it will be through Nepal Climbing Adventure! Atlast we all became a good friends. Thank You Krishna/Chandra for making this trip happen. My husband and I had an incredible time on our trek with Nepal Climbing Adventure, and have nothing but good things to say about the experience. They helped us arrange our dream trek on short notice, and we were able to combine the Manaslu and Annapurna circuits into one 22 day trek. Our guide, Raju Kandel, was exceptional, and his experience with guiding, and relationship with many guesthouse owners along the way truly enhanced our experience. The itinerary was well planned for acclimatizing safely and seeing beautiful sights, and feeling good for the passes. We had flexibility based on our goals and preferences. The accommodation and food exceeded our expectations along the way. I would highly recommend Nepal Climbing Adventure.

My wife and I highly recommend this experience. We have nothing but amazing things to say about the trek we did, our guide Raju Kandel, and the company Nepal Climbing Adventure and its owner and manager Khum Subedi. I will review all three here:

I will start by describing our trek. We booked a 22 day trek of the Manaslu circuit followed by the Annapurna circuit, including Poon Hill and ending in Pokhara, from March 15 to April 5. We took a local bus from Kathmandu to Machhakhola to start the Manaslu circuit. It took us 11 days to complete this circuit to Dharapani, which is where we started the Annapurna circuit. We did not trek the Tsum Valley due to time constraints. The main Manaslu cuicuit was spectacular. Only one day comprised of Jeep road trekking for portions of the day. Many epic suspension bridges, many colourful villages along the way. We were impressed by the mission statement of the Manaslu conservation Area Project in reducing environmental impact of trekking and supporting the local people. We met locals along the way, and where even invited into a local home for traditional Tibetan tea and Sisnu (nettle) soup that we collected on the trail. We got to partake in a local celebration including dancing and community Momo feast. We visiting the tranquil monastery in Lho, and passed by other monasteries with traditional music and ritual. The accomodations were satisfactory, we typically were able to pay for a hot shower expect at the highest elevation villages in the 2 night prior to Larke pass. The food was way beyond my expectations. We ate Dal Bhat every day, sometimes twice a day, and did not tire of this dish. Each restaurant had their own variation on the dish and the fresh vegetables were delicious. The day of the pass was difficult but the views are spectacular. Birendra lake was spectacular and worth a visit. The Annapurna section boasted more panoramic mountain views, different type of forest scenery and slightly more polished accommodations. It had more trekkers than Manaslu and more of the trek included the Jeep Road, however at most we would see 5-10 cars per day on the road. Thorong La pass was also a memorable experience. We took a bus from Muktinath to Tatopani and I do not think we missed much skipping this portion of the trek (dry arid and dusty area). From Tatopani ato Ghorepani was spectacular jungle and rhododendron Forrest trekking. Overall it was the most varied, beautiful, culturally immersive, and delicious trek I have done.

Our guide Raju Kandel was fantastic and went beyond what I expected from a guide. He was a joy to trek with and very professional. He took our safety as top concern, regarding altitude symptom monitoring, and how to navigate around the animals that share the path for examples. We later learned he has experience in mountain search and rescue. He has done the Manaslu circuit for many years, and has a relationship with the locals in the guest houses and restaurants along the way. He was able to call ahead to reserve rooms at the best accommodations, pick the most delicious Dal Bhat restaurants, plan the days in order to see key sights along the way, network with locals we met along the path to translate our questions and even get an offer for a visit into a home for food and tea. He taught us Nepali trekking songs and key phrases. He learned what our interests and preferences where along the trek and was able to tailor the experience for us. He got us into the kitchen at most smaller Tea Houses on Manaslu circuit to witness the cooking our our meals. Without Raju as our guide, our experience would not have been as personal or immersive.

Nepal Climbing Adventure was a a fantastic agency to book our trek with. Khum Subedi, the past president of the Trekking Agencies Association or Nepal, was friendly, professional and went the extra mile. He personally picked us up at our hotel on the first day of the trek. He helped us navigate an issue we had with another trekking agency (and luckily we ended up not booking with the other agency), again going the extra mile. He ensures a debrief meeting with his trekkers, demonstrating his commitment to providing the best experience for the trekkers that book through his organization.

Overall very pleased with the entire experience. It was the adventure of a lifetime.

We did the Annapurna Circuit trek from Chyamje to Muktinath (11 walking days) with guide Ramesh in March 2024. What a fantastic experience ! The mountain views were incredible : the scenery is unique. The progressive acclimatization made possible for all of us to reach Thorong La pass without problem. The accommodations, food and sleep, were very good (even too good for hikers like us used to alpine refuges ^^). The trail is very enjoyable. The preparation/organisation of the trek with Krishna before arriving was very good. Our guide Ramesh was excellent : professionnal, adaptative, attentionnate, kind and helpful. We feel very grateful for all the care received by Ramesh. We will remember this experience for all our life.

From the very beginning of our planning stages to the summit of Island Peak, my experience with Nepal Climbing Adventure was nothing short of spectacular. I highly recommend Nepal Climbing Adventure! We took 18 days trek to Everest Base Camp and 3 High Passes in November and the experience was just amazing. We had everything professionally organized by Chris: transportation (including flight to Lukla), food and lodging, permits, you name it... The contact with the company was always quick and easy, Chris was super helpful and everything went smoothly. We were even provided with really good and warm sleeping bags and jackets! Our guide Lakpa was really experienced and knowledgeable, he showed us some of the most incredible places we've ever seen, helped us through all the though parts of the trail and was always there to answer questions and offer advice. We felt really well taken care for every step of the way. We're already planning our next trek in Nepal and we'll most definitely come back to Nepal Climbing Adventure!
